The morning front desk person; was racist; rude
My room frig was not working after notifying the staff I was moved to a different room and advised "I" can move the frig from the old room to the new room only to get in there and the bathroom is not working.

I liked the location of the hotel, we didn't have a vehicle so it was easy to get atound.
I checked in on Thursday the 3rd at 330pm, the power was out til 930pm. Not the hotels fault but nothing for light in the room. It was very dark and not knowing our way around.
They had a power outage from 3pm- 10pm no AC no Lights no electricity no power no staff. No compensation or late checkout. They offered nothing really
The fire alarm ring for 20min until the firefighters came.

Location
I booked a handicap room which was not available. I reached out to both the hotel and Booking.com and I still had to keep my 92 year-old mother in a room where she couldn’t even get on and off the toilet.
The staff was accomadating
Everything for breakfast was sweet. Traveling with family one of the rooms booked for disability access was not available.
