Short story-will never use Booking.com or this particular hotel again

No elevator
Room was 85 degrees upon arrival
Facility especially in hallway & steps was very dirty & run down
Front desk lady was unpleasant
Hotel charged me AGAIN after I paid
Booking.com at reservation and I had to use my vacation time fighting the double charge.
Messaged hotel about additional charges and got NO response.

Overal a good value place to stay except for the homeless living there and the parking area not looking safe.
Pros:

Clean, and convenient

Cons:

Lots of homeless in the area, was even a homeless person sleeping in the outside corridor that we had to walk around to leave. The parking area did not seem very safe .

Booked this location because of a good experience with a previous location. This location lacked.
Cons:

Stayed for two nights and room was not cleaned. Trash was emptied and no bags put in trash cans. Bed was not made. Breakfast was poor. Only had waffles and overall was lacking.

Pros:

Beds were very comfortable. Location was good, close to the highway, which worked perfectly for our road trip. Check in was quick and easy. The room was clean and spacious.
