Good location for the Railbird Festival, would stay again.
Pros:

Hotel room was clean and comfortable for our overnight stay.

It was OK...
Pros:

I like the location, its close to some shopping and restaurants, not too far from downtown. We went to a festival and the hotel was 6 miles away. The complimentary breakfast was good and was available until 10 which gave us time to sleep in. The AC was cold and the hotel itself was clean. Overall it was a positive experience for the days we were there.

Cons:

The first room they put us in had ants but the staff was very accommodating in giving us a 2nd room. However, our room was only cleaned 1 time out of the 3 days we were there. The bed was not very comfortable and they gave us 3 pillows for 2 people (however, the front desk did give us a 4th pillow when we asked).

The shower was broken and it sprayed water everywhere and they didn’t give us a lot of new towels

Pros:

check-in and check-out, comfort of room

Cons:

5 days stay: on one day only, in early afternoon, staff repeatedly knocked door to come in and change towels, while I was sleeping. They returned in late afternoon, while I was out, and when I came back late in evening there were no towels so I could not shower. A set of towel was then given to me (with excuses) by front desk.

Good value for money
Pros:

Nice place for a few nights, rooms are clean, it's a nice location just outside of Lexington (10mins drive to downtown). They have very affordable laundry service, dollar tree is just next to it, staff is nice and they serve breakfast from 6am which was very helpful for us since we had early flight and we were there for graduation at UK so that day we also woke up very early

Cons:

Coffee and breakfast are very basic but it's better than nothing

Great location and very good value. I have stayed here several times and always find the staff very accommodating and pleasant. Always clean room.

You suck I hate you guys I canceled all upcoming hotels your gay and suck
Pros:

Said I can Book under 21, then my reservation got canceled after already paying. I didn’t get my refund and I couldn’t stay in the hotels around bc they were booked or filled with cockroaches.
