The place is not taken care of. Horrible upkeep, don’t stay on any floor other than first as it’s the original carpet that’s never been cleaned, ripped, and lifting or folded up through out the room. original everything really from carpet, paint, furniture, appliances, and hardware that doesn’t work. Completely smells of animal urine and smoke. No towels in the room, pillows smell like musty mold. Outside is just built up with trash everywhere you walk and not taken care of. Pool light floating instead of being properly secured into pool wall hole.

I feel like the hotel has so much potential. You pull up screens are hanging off the windows or laying on the ground overgrown weeds parking lot filthy. Light fixture laying over on its side like somebody had hit it wires all exposed. Every lounge chair by the pool was broke/cracked. Unusable dangerous. We had a king deluxe room. With one chair at the desk, my sister-in-law had the same type room with chair and ottoman when I asked about it they said they would tell maintenance didn’t happen so my husband and brother-in-law asked about the chair in the lounge room. Was told go ahead carry it yourself. No customer etiquette. No acknowledgment when you walk up to the front desk unless you make incentive.

Carpets in the hallways are so dirty!

Lack of maintenance and supplies

Hotel Front doors were broken, lobby had an odor. Bed sheets were dirty large stains on the comforter and mattress was worn out, center sagged. Coffee k cup machine was broken.. it was so bad we decided not to stay, and check out with in 10 .minutes. Will never use booking.com again since they proved no customer support. Very disappointed in the whole experience.

Room (4th floor) had a sticky floor, plenty of hair in the tub, flaking paint and a missing smoke detector. Windows were hard to see through with severe dirt and large cobwebs.

The elevator and the entire 4rh floor hallway need complete renovation-paint, light fixtures (broken) and carpet cleaned.

so dirty and the carpet was so dirty. the place smells disgusting and dog poos all over the front of the place. the room doesn’t have pillows they only gave us 2 throw pillows!!!! will not recommend this place to anyone!!! its so disgusting

Beds uncomfortable, outdated. No included breakfast. Poor quality window covering. No ice maker, only ice for sale. Not enough pillows, too small. No stopper in bathroom sink. Hallway light shines under the room door, lighting up the room.

The exterior grounds needed a lot of attention.

Decent

The Room Smells like Dirty Feet's and Very Old and Not Updated at All. I would Let My Worst Enemy Sleep There. Nasty Place. It should be closed down.

The staff was nice except for Dave. Dave has a real attitude and talks sh#* about the people that rent the rooms like there dirt under his feet. He doesn't try to hide it he talks openly and loud sitting at the table in the lobby with his buddies. He has no respect for the customers. The TV didn't work all that great and the bed was like a hard bench trying to sleep on. The pillows are so bad I had to go get mine out of my car. The room was semi clean, asking housekeeping for assistance won't do you any good, ur waisting ur breath. Good luck on ur stay!!

A bit run down, but still ok

This place should be condemned. It was the absolute most disgusting inside and outside of the hotel that I’ve ever been to in my life. Dirty, nasty and just plain out disgusting. I have pictures of things that will blow your mind. My daughter left in 10 minutes. Oh, one more thing, I never leave reviews. But this one I just had to.
