We would likely stay here again if there wasn't a better option for the same price.
Pros:

Spacious room, clean and fairly quiet. Very close to large walking park along channel and London Bridge. Also close to several very good restaurants.

Me and My Wife Had The Worse Stay at Motel 6 of our Lives. The Room was Super Hot 🔥 the Air conditioner Couldn't Keep Up. The Room Smells like Dirty Feet and Very Out dated. Nasty Place to Stay. Will Not be going back.

Avoid Dave if you can. He loves to talk sh** about the customer’s. Don't give him any ammunition.

The staff was nice except for Dave. Dave has a real attitude and talks sh#* about the people that rent the rooms like there dirt under his feet. He doesn't try to hide it he talks openly and loud sitting at the table in the lobby with his buddies. He has no respect for the customers. The TV didn't work all that great and the bed was like a hard bench trying to sleep on. The pillows are so bad I had to go get mine out of my car. The room was semi clean, asking housekeeping for assistance won't do you any good, ur waisting ur breath. Good luck on ur stay!!

What a bunch of slum owners. From the double glass door entrance it was nothing but downhill.

Absolutely nothing. This place was the worst dump I’ve ever stayed at IN MY 67 years on this planet!

Cons:

This place should be condemned. It was the absolute most disgusting inside and outside of the hotel that I’ve ever been to in my life. Dirty, nasty and just plain out disgusting. I have pictures of things that will blow your mind. My daughter left in 10 minutes. Oh, one more thing, I never leave reviews. But this one I just had to.

They never cleaned our room in 4 days smelled marajana all over the hotel. Room keys kept getting deactivated. Shower was broke. Couldn’t find an employee when went to the front desk.

Disgustingly grossest motel I’ve ever stayed at. Grounds outside were like a city dump. The garbage can outside overflowing, trash in parking, weeds everywhere, dogs crapping and pissing at entrance. Inside was just as gross. Rooms were barely cleaned and delayed check-in so they could finish but that was bare minimum. Staff not trained well from checking, housekeeping to maintenance. Corporate should sell or get act together cuz this was sickening on so many levels.
