Exelente lugar
La ubicación es excelente y las instalaciones en general están bastante bien. Los cuartos son pequeños, pero están bonitos y son muy cómodos. El restaurante en el piso 1 tiene muy buena comida. Desayunamos ahí dos de los 4 días que estuvimos ahí y el buffet está muy rico. Definitivamente nos volveríamos a quedar ahí.
Lo único que no me encantó es que la alfombra del pasillo en el piso 9, donde nos quedamos, olía un poco a humedad y las camas son matrimoniales. Nos dijeron en la recepción que casi todas las habitaciones tienen ese tipo de camas.

La ubicación excelente, el personal muy amable, la seguridad 0 , NO DEJEN COSAS DE VALOR A LA VISTA NI ABIERTA LA CAJA FUERTE.
La limpieza de la habitación dejaba mucho que desear, , no cambiaron las sábanas ni una vez y deje mi cartera y me robaron dinero además revisaron 1 maleta.
The staff was super kind, they did everything they could during our stay. The breakfast was also super good and complete. Those are the 2 good points about this hotel
Its far form being a 5 star hotel, maximum 2.5. The gym photos are outdated and the gym now is almost empty. Our room had a blinking light (probably from the modem), I had to wear a sleeping mask to sleep. There was a persistent noise, something like a vacum, but I think was from the neighbors bath fan, that was very annoying, starting at 5 am, woke me up many times during night. Also the ar conditioning doesnt work very well, it took about 7 hours to decrease the temperature by 6 degrees celsius. The single C plug in the wall didnt work, had to buy an USB (The staff kindly lended one for me in the first night)
