Since 1984, the Vance family has owned and operated Villa Motel at Manitou Springs, taking great pride in providing clean, comfortable, and affordable accommodations.

The hotel front desk is only available until 21:00. Guests arriving after 21:00 must contact the property for check-in details.

The pool is open from Memorial Day to Labor Day.

We stayed in one of their cabins and it was nice to walk out the door and be outside. The room was large and everything was very clean.

The room was not your typical "cookie cutter" room. I had the charm of early days of travel.
