Im Service beim Abendessen wusste man nicht, dass man bei einer Weinflasche vor dem Einschenken den Wein zum Degustieren anbietet. Die Flasche wurde einfach auf den Tisch gestellt.

Grosses Frühstücksbuffet.
Sauberes und komfortables Zimmer.

Cons:

Leider ging das Zimmer zur mässig befahrenen Strasse hin. Das Fenster konnten wir nachts nicht öffnen.
Die Zimmer werden bei mehr als zwei Übernachtungen nur gemacht, wenn man dies explizit wünscht. Wir wurden jedoch nicht informiert. Es soll aus Umweltgründen auf den Service verzichtet werden. Ob es wohl nicht eher Spargründe hat? Preislich macht es jedenfalls für den Kunden keinen Unterschied.

Accueil nonchalant. Chambre avec baignoire alors que décrite avec douche sur Booking. Sèche cheveux qui a beaucoup de mal à faire son job. Linge de toilette avec odeur acre, rance. Salle de bains avec odeur persistante de refoulement. Wifi aux abonnés absents. Chambre qui mériterait un sérieux rafraîchissement. Parties communes dégradées. Literie trop molle.
