Pros:

Näkymät oli kivat. Huone oli siisti, vain lusikka oli likainen. Ilmaiset polkupyörät sai lainaksi. Lähistöltä löytyi ilmainen pysäköinti.

Cons:

Aamiaisella ei ollut kaloja ollenkaan, muuten ihan perushyvä. Bookingissa varasin parvekehuoneen, mutta paikan päällä sitä ei saanut.

Valitsimme tämän hotellin jotta meillä olisi helppo tulla hotellin ravintolaan syömään, mutta meille ilmoitettiinkim sisäänkirjautumisen yhteydessä vasta, että ravintola on suljettu yksityis tilaisuuden vuoksi. Olisi ollut reilua infota tästä aiemmin niin oltais vaihdettu paikkaa.

Very good sauna

Cons:

The luggage storage is less controled and I don't feel very safe to leave valuable luggage. I notice the same thing in another hotel later. It could be the culture thing.

Upeaa arkkitehtuuria ja ystävällistä palvelua Tapiolan sydämessä. Ravintolaan kannattaa mennä lasillisille ilta-auringon

Arkkitehtuuri, näkymä keskusaltaan suuntaan ja auringonlasku parvekkeella. Hotellin henkilökunta ystävällistä.

Cons:

Ravintolan taso ja ravintolan palvelu huonoja. Vaikutelma huonosta henkilöstön johtamisesta. Työntekijät yrittivät parhaansa mahdottomassa tilanteessa.

Hotellin uima-allas oli suljettu, minkä olisimme halunneet varatessa toki tietää, mutta vastaanoton työntekijä teki kaikkensa lapselle syntyneen mielipahan hyvittämiseksi. Muutoin saunaosasto vilvotteluterasseineen oli upea.
