The room lacked a microwave and small trash cans. The bed dust ruffle was torn in several places. When we got ready to depart to check out an electric issue in the building shut down the elevators and we were on the 4th floor. We are seniors in our late 70s and when I told the lady that we needed to check out we had to hand carry all of our luggage down 4 flights of stairs and they didn't even bother to ask if we needed any assistance. The price we paid to stay here was not worth it.

The place was very clean and felt super upscale.
The breakfast was delicious and had a great variety.
The room is really dated. Furniture is old. And scuffed. Chipped shelf in sliding door less closet. Really expect more at a Hyatt Place.

It was a super clean, Staff wordfriendly and it was a tremendously easy check-in. They even have a Starbucks in the lobby for all the coffee drinkers.

Excellent place to stay. Staff is super friendly. Location is pretty decent. The atmosphere is very friendly and clean
I stay here every time I come into town for work. Which is about every other month. These days to be able to check off the following boxes for a hotel is rare: Breakfast included, GOOD breakfast too. Clean breakfast area, parking included, feel safe, super nice staff, nice little bar area, clean rooms, rooms that are set up with a mini kitchen, a desk for working so i don't have to kill my back trying to work from my bed, vanity area is outside the area where the toilet is which is nice if your traveling with someone. This place is perfect for the price. Its always under $200/night. ONLY complaint is the space to open the door in the toilet/shower room. If you have a shower mat down on the floor and try to open the door it always gets stuck and so hard to unstick. and trying to close the door to use the toilet you need to nearly hop on top of the toilet to shut the door. its annoying. not annoying enough to hate it though. This is the spot to stay!
The property was very family friendly and clean. The breakfast was pretty tasty being a hotel and all. I would most definitely recommend coming if you’re going to be in the area!
