Just one night while traveling. Adequate for the price for sure.
Pros:

Location is lovely. I loved looking right out at the marina and the lake.

Cons:

Could use some updating in the room. 1. There was no stopper of any kind for the sink drain so you could lose anything down there. 2. not much place to put anything in the bathroom. 3. my husband couldn't find an outlet by the bed for his breathing machine 4 . no cups? 5. time to switch to shampoo and body wash in big containers that stay in the shower rather than those little bottles.

I want to forget.
Pros:

Cons:

For the high price you pay for this hotel it is very mediocre and very dated. I was told the price was $435.00 minus $115.00 for damage deposit so the final price should have been $320.00, next day i look at my visa bill and I have been charged $547.28, don't know why but now I've got to spend time on the phone and correct this. Thank you very much! I hope someone there will get back to me a.s.a.p. Don't think i will stay here any time soon.

We enjoyed our third stay there.
Pros:

Location, The lake front view, the porch, the mattress, the room comfort, the restaurant all the updates, the wonderful staff, the morning snack.

Cons:

There are still some updates we are looking forward to. The potential is excellent.

We will definitely not be coming back and cannot recommend this hotel.
Cons:

Overall, between the noise, poor housekeeping, maintenance issue, dirty balcony, disappointing breakfast, and lack of customer service, this was one of the most unpleasant hotel stays we’ve had.

Great deal for location, comfortable beds and pretty views
Pros:

They continue to upgrade rooms, still need to finish areas such as furniture, floor heating base boards etc. Great location and rooms overlooking Lake Ontario, the Marina very nice!

Cons:

Outside balcony needed cleaning, and no privacy between the rooms (all one long balcony) no side tables inside or outside. Be aware no elevator for anyone with mobility challenges.

We had a great few days
Pros:

It was modern, comfortable and clean. Beautiful views of the lake. Excellent location from where to explore the area
