Egy szocializmusban megragadt szálloda, ahol a személyzet nem motivált. Egy pont hogy tiszta volt.

Tisztaság.

Cons:

A személyzet egyszerűen nem volt kedves (egy hölgy kivételével). A szoba alkalmatlan volt a pihenésre, mert kinyitott ablakkal elviselhetetlen volt a zaj, anélkül meg megfulladni lehetett.

Pros:

We stayed here already at several times, and always choosing Danubius Hotel Raba when we visiting Győr. The location is perfect, the rooms are comfortable and the staff is very nice, helpful and attentive. The breakfast is very nice. We will definitely stay here in the future when we passing through Győr.

A szauna jól felszerelt és szép volt.
A bőséges reggeli is nagyszerű volt!

A kérésem elfelejtèse ....
Este 7 kor telefonáltam le a portára h kapcsolják be a szaunát Max. 8 ig! Mert szeretnék szaunázni, azért is választottam ezt a szállást! Megígérték.
A portán azt az infót kaptam, H 30 perccel kell korábban jelezni ezt a szándékot. Én 1 órával korábban megtettem! 8 kor bementem a wellness részlegbe, ahol tárva nyitva volt a szauna és sehol senki nem volt, nem hogy meleg!! Gyorsan telefonáltam a recepcióra, azt meg nem vették fel!! 😠😤 5 x egymás után hívtam őket...de SEMMI !! 😡
Elvileg 24 órás porta szolgálat van.....🧐😱
Ennyit erről !! 😐 6. ra végre felvette egy nő, állítólag folyamatban van( 1 órája!!!)...és jön a szerelő... akinek MOST szólt...h kapcsolja be nekem....és még 30 percet kellett várjak a befűtèsre...😕
A recepciós Egy halk "elnézéssel" elintézte, de nem magyarázta meg h mi történt. A várakozásban a fitnesz teremben próbáltam levezetni a stresszt, nem sok sikerrel...mert nem ehhez volt kedvem!!
Dühös és csalódott voltam nagyon, h egy ilyen drága, szép helyen ennyire rossz élmény ért a kikapcsolódásom alatt....és nem azt a szolgáltatást kaptam amit vártam/ ami elvárható egy drága hotelben. Nem volt korrekt hozzáállás.
Minden mással elégedett voltam, csak ezzel nem!

Pros:

Nagy volt az ágy és kényelmes.

Cons:

Az utca frontra nézett az ablak, ezért ha kinyitottuk az ablakot az utca zaja az autók hangjától zajos volt a szoba, ezért csukott ablaknál kellett volna a légkodit használni, de elvették a távirányítót, így a levegőtlen szobába kellett lenni.
A zuhanyban alig volt ereje a víznek, valamint a kád is nagyon csúszott, elég rozoga volt a felszereltség.
Hangyák voltak a fürdőben.
Két embernek egy mágneskártyát adtak, majd kérésre adtak egy plusz kártyát, ami nem működött.

Cons:

Nagyon hangos, nagyon nagy a forgalom a szálloda előtt, így ha az ablakot/erkélyajtót kinyitjuk, elviselhetetlen a zaj. Az ágy nekem nagyon puha volt, kényelmetlen.
