Pros:

Our stay was absolutely beautiful and comfortable, despite facing an issue with the A/C on our first night (which was important since there was a heatwave). The entire team were super helpful and responded in a prompt and friendly manner. They offered to change our room and even helped with the move. They also compensated us and returned the price difference between the new room and the original one we had initially booked.
I can't thank enough the entire team and a special thanks to Rocco and Simon for their hospitality and making my family feel comfortable in our 1 week stay.

I also have to mention the excellent breakfast which had a wide variety of options, cold and hot. And the team were very friendly as well, especially to our 3 yr old toddler which we definitely appreciated.

The location was very convenient to us, close to the tram, underground and walking distance to the central station.
We had booked a car and there were multiple safe parking garages around.
