Excellent option for a chilled and calm stay in Milano
Pros:

It is a lovely and calm hotel in a residential and commercial area of Milano. Service was excellent: all staff were lovely and very pleasant to talk to. Any request were checked as soon as possible. Room is very comfortable: bedsheets, lights, bathroom, amenities (toilet, tea, and coffee), temperature control, wardrobe and space for luggage. Cleaning was always perfect. Luggage room is also available. TV has many options. Interior and facilities are beautiful, cozy, and clean. Breakfast is excellent: it is buffet with high quality products, and À la carte options are available as well. Location is close to MilanoCentrale, and walkable to Duomo area — staff can indicate how to go. The price is worthwhile for the comfort we had. We really enjoyed the stay.

Cons:

We leave comments but it does not reduce the rate we gave. Gym has few equipment and it is not so spacious, but it is clean and organized. Neighborhood is residential/commercial and not touristic at all, but it gives you a view of local Milano. Distances may be too far for some people, but some planning can avoid any delays. We missed recommendations of places to dine, but there were plenty of options nearby.

Pros:

Velmi ochotný a milý personál. Vždy připravený vyhovět vašim přáním a udělat tak vaši dovolenou nebo pobyt příjemnější. Vybavení pokoje bylo nadstandardní včetně příjemného dárku - láhev Prosecca už připraveného v ledu na náš příjezd a také velmi dobré - sladké sušenky.
Postel a polštáře byly velmi pohodlné a vybízeli k lenošení až do pozdního dopoledne. Byli jsme velmi spokojení a všem doporučujeme.

Super clean & modern hotel
Pros:

Amazing hotel! So clean and welcoming. We celebrated our 10 year wedding anniversary here and it felt special as soon as we walked in. We will definitely stay here anytime we are in Milan! I wish they had more hotels in other parts of the world so I can stay there any where I go!

Spotless room and welcoming staff!
Pros:

This hotel exceeded our expectations!!! Extremely clean, with a traditional modern design that I love. I am very particular about cleanliness and this hotel was spotless. You can tell the cleaning crew thoroughly cleans every inch of the space. The bed and pillows were extremely comfortable. The reception desk staff is extraordinary as well! So polite and warm to my husband and I as soon as we stepped through the doors. They also recommended a delicious fresh pasta restaurant right down the street. From start to finish we felt welcomed, like a home away from home. Exactly what you want in a hotel stay!

Cons:

This hotel is perfect! No notes! We will stay here again.

В целом отель не плохой,но не стоит своих денег,лучше брать редисон лучше и дешевле

Месторасположение понравилось,возле ж/д вокзала
Рестораны и магазины,салоны красоты рядом
Очень оживленная улица
Понравился персонал,все очень дружелюбные ,очень чисто,стараются !

Cons:

Шумо изоляция,слышно когда люди ночью ходят по коридору и общаются
Плохая вентиляция очень душно,открываешь окно и звонят с улицы колокола 🔔 и скорая помощь будет будить
Завтраки не соответствуют цены 300€ в сутки ,очень скудно ,нет разнообразия
Если вы хотите авокадо,лосось -за 💰

Enjoyable and very welcoming staff. Would stay at the hotel again.
Pros:

Breakfast was worth adding it to the room charge - better value if you accept the breakfast before you arrive. Room was also very good value
