Okay-ish
Pros:

I liked how clean the hotel was and the fact that it looked brand new.

Cons:

I was disappointed by the cheap quality of the breakfast pastries; as a pastry expert, I can easily tell the difference. Additionally, we experienced unacceptable behavior at the front desk: one employee rolled her eyes upon learning we were Romanian and made derogatory gestures to a colleague.

Last but not least, we traveled as a group of 6 and booked 3 rooms. In every single room, the TV software and remotes were completely unreliable, constantly freezing or failing to respond.

An excellent stay with superb service and a lovely atmosphere
Pros:

The hotel in Milan was wonderful and we had an amazing stay. The staff were extremely pleasant and helpful from the moment we arrived; both the reception team and the restaurant staff made us feel very welcome.
The hotel feels like a world-class place, really, everything was clean, modern, and very well kept, and the service matched that high standard. Even from the outside the hotel smells beautiful; the scent in the entrance and on the street near the building was noticeable and very pleasant

Cons:

The only small negative was that the buildings around the hotel are not as beautiful as the hotel itself, but this did not spoil the experience

Pros:

Excellent location, friendly, helpful staff, good quality linens and welcoming touches.

Cons:

The gym was the only let down for me personally as there were no free weights and the only cable machine was set up in a way that made it impossible to do some exercises.

Pros:

Pros:

Love the hotel design and spacious rooms! It is a very elegant hotel and our stay was comfortable. The team is also very polite and punctual.

The location is near the central station which is great, but the area is not the nicest.

Very good hotel for a city break / business. Good location for station/ metro.
Pros:

Good property. Nice room (4 th fl). Very clean. comfortable bed and nice quality sheets & towels. Good sized bathroom. Looks relatively newly refurbished. 10 mins walk from Milan central station & 5 mins from the metro. 20/25 mins walk to the Duomo. Walkable to restaurants. Coffee machine in room plus kettle. Staff very good, professional & friendly.

Cons:

Decor quite dark - dark carpet/ grey walls and entranceway grey tiled. But all v clean. They only had complementary water the first night until I complained about.

Perfekt für Städtetrip
Pros:

Personal war super freundlich und uns das Zimmer bereits am Mittag übergeben. Zudem gab es noch ein Upgrade. Zimmer sind super gross usb schön. Kann man alles nur empfehlen

Schönes und Stilvolles Hotel mit freundlichem Personal

Ein sehr schönes Hotel mit einer stilvollen und geschmackvollen Einrichtung, die dem gesamten Haus eine besondere Atmosphäre verleiht. Hier fühlt man sich vom ersten Moment an wohl.

Das Personal ist ausgesprochen freundlich, aufmerksam und stets bemüht, den Gästen einen angenehmen Aufenthalt zu ermöglichen. Besonders gefallen hat uns auch die Hotelbar, die sehr cool und modern eingerichtet ist und zum Verweilen einlädt. Der Barkeeper war unglaublich herzlich, aufmerksam und hat mit seiner sympathischen Art den Abend zu etwas Besonderem gemacht.

Auch die Lage des Hotels ist sehr gut und bietet einen idealen Ausgangspunkt für Erkundungen.

Insgesamt ein rundum gelungener Aufenthalt. Wir kommen gerne wieder und können das Hotel uneingeschränkt weiterempfehlen

Wonderful hotel
Pros:

The ambiance of the hotel is impeccable, clean, looks and smells amazing. The breakfast was lovely, various option and fresh fruits were really nice. It was a wonderful stay.

Cons:

Nothing. The cleaners should check under the bed when cleaning.

Great stay in Milan
Pros:

Very smart, clean, upscale hotel away from the tourist areas but close enough to easily get there. Great room and staff and included breakfast. Lots of restaurants in the neighborhood. I felt pampered the whole time. Highly recommend.!
