Quality Inn Grove City - Columbus South

The breakfast was terrible. The room had a musty smell, the room door stuck and was almost impossible to get it to open. The staff was very unprofessional- swearing while checking us in and asked me to marry him. The light in the bathroom was constantly flickering. Will never stay here again.

The tub made noises when you moved in the shower. It felt like their was nothing solid under the floor. The sink surround was to big for the bathroom. It made sitting on the toilet uncomfortable

We were put on the 3rd floor, elevators down. So after an all day event we had to take the stairs to the third floor. The fan on the ac didn’t work so it was a constant on and off all night. They claim the rooms are sound proof. It is definitely not. We heard EVERYTHING all night. The bed was hard. The lights and outlets on the left side of the bed didn’t work.

I’ve stayed at the property multiple times this year, and the elevator has only worked once. The ceiling of the room that I was staying with more than likely had water damage or possibly mold. And the shower had a constant drip.

Elevator was broken when I went, computers were very slow so there was an issue checking me in, and my key card stopped working the second day so I had to get a replacement. Also pretty sure there were some people fenty folding outside the night I checked in.

Same breakfast every day, no storage space for clothing, closet door was off propped against the wall, pillows were overly lumpy, room was very damp (dampness ruined some of our medicine), bathroom door dragged and was hard to open and close, no spare toilet tissue in room, ceiling tiles in lobby badly water stained, faucett in tub dripping, hair dryer didn't work, air conditioner wasn't working (my husband knew how to reset it and got it going), room smelled of mildew.

Nothing major but the bathtub wouldn’t fill.

Elevators were out of order, makes it hard when your room is not on the main floor and my husband has knee problems. Bed was definatly not a queen as stated.

Elevator broke

Room was not cleaned in between the 2 day stay therefore no clean towels were left.

The elevator was not working. So, had to walk to third floor and then walk all the way across the building to my room. Also, key cards did not work, two straight times after new ones. However, employee at front desk walked up to third floor on third try of cards to help me get a new room. Another negative was only received one towel in room, but that’s probably because I wasn’t initially supposed to be in this room.

Nice staff

Room was very small, the photos on line made it looked bigger. Bed springs were popping and was very uncomfterable
