Sehr sauber, super Lage, wenige Schritte vom Bahnhof Casa Voyageurs, Tram und Taxis.
Zimmer sehr ruhig; und gut abzudunkeln, fast geräuschlose Klimaanlage,
Zimmer sehr sehr klein, Schrank nur andeutungsweise vorhanden.
Kein Trinkwasser zur Verfügung.

Très très déçue du service de cet hôtel.
Gros problème au niveau de la climatisation. J’ai demandé plusieurs fois un changement de chambre, mais c’était exactement la même chose : toutes les chambres proposées étaient catastrophiques. J’ai même dû dormir la fenêtre ouverte tellement la chaleur était insupportable.
Lorsque j’ai réclamé auprès du responsable, il m’a répondu : « Pourtant, personne ne se plaint… »
Je le redis donc : c’est le pire hôtel que j’ai réservé de toute ma vie. Si vous comptez séjourner ici, réfléchissez-y à deux fois.
Je tiens quand même à mentionner Imene, la réceptionniste, qui a essayé gentiment d’arranger les choses. Malheureusement, les solutions proposées n’étaient pas adaptées, car le problème venait de la climatisation centrale.

A no frills hotel next to Casa Voyageurs train station. Casablanca was a stopover and this was a convenient hotel.
The rooms smelled like cigarettes. The staff were friendly and changed our rooms but the new room had the same smokey smell.
