A comfortable stay
Pros:

The location was most convenient as we were taking the train to Fes. The staff were very friendly and helpful. A special mention is to be made for Imane at the Reception. She was warm and welcoming. We even got a recipe from her for Tagine :-)). The conciergeSaiid was also of great help in fnding us a suitable taxi for a tour of the city.

Cons:

There should be at least a bottle of water in the room. It was disappointing, as we had just travelled from Marrakech in the heat.
