Pros:

The cleanliness and the staff informations at the check in when I book a normal room and I get accessible room I would appreciate that the check in staff informs me in advance the room was super dirty dusty smells bed

لم اتناول اي طعام في الفندق

تجهّم الموظفين، عدم الوصول للغه مفهومه ما بيننا مع اننا كلنا عرب ونتكلم اللغه العربيه لكنهم كانوا يؤثرون التحدث باللهجه المغربيه المحليه التي لا افهمها مما احدث سوء فهم في بعض الأمور التي تحدثت معهم فيها وخدمه إيقاف السياره في السرداب.
