Pros:

Un hotel que cumple con su función. El jardín y piscinas son muy bonitos y su localización es excelente.

Cons:

Las instalaciones podrían estar mejor cuidadas, el aire acondicionado y la televisión no funcionan. Está localizado en una zona bastante ruidosa de la ciudad, junto a la estación de trenes y una intersección de coches, así que no es recomendado para alguien sensible al ruido alto.

Dilapidated: Mould in shower. Floorboards falling through. Hotel literally put sheets with cigarette burns in them on the bed.

I had a very pleasant stay at ibis Fès. The hotel is clean, comfortable, and conveniently located near the train station. I would especially like to thank the reception team for their warm welcome, professionalism, kindness, and helpfulness throughout my stay. They made me feel welcome and comfortable from the moment I arrived.

La proximité avec la gare de Fès

Cons:

- Cafards dans la chambre
- On nous a donné seulement 2 serviettes alors qu'on était 2, comment sécher donc ses cheveux ?
- Séchoir froid
- On nous a pas préparé la chambre à l'heure on est venu à 15h30 et on a pris les clés qu'après 16h alors que c'est indiqué que le check-in commence à 14h
- le personnel du matin nous a dit qu'on peut mettre nos affaires dans un réfrégirateur de l'hôtel (on parlait de nourriture), celui du soir a refusé alors qu'on a acheté une grande quantité de msemmen, 7rcha, beghrir... du coup tout a été jeté à la poubelle

Si je retourne à Fes. , je changerai d établissement
Pros:

Hôtel bien situé avec une belle piscine et un jardin agréable .

Cons:

Le bâtiment aurait besoin de rénovation .
La salle de douche est vétuste , les moquettes des couloirs sont vieillissantes , les literies ne sont pas confortables .
J y viens quelquefois depuis 2017 et tout est resté identique.
Sur la terrasse proche du bar , il y a des fissures inquiétantes.

Excellent emplacement , pour un Ibis un peu décevant
Pros:

L’accueil , près de la gare, taxi disponible en tout temps, la piscine, les desjeuner

Cons:

On a changé de chambre , douche défectueuse, dans la deuxième chambre le drain de la douche était bouché et climatisation était faible

Pros:

Peut-être l’emplacement à côté de la gare, même si moi j’étais en voiture mais pour les gens qui prend le train c’est bien

Cons:

Bon ce que j’ai pas aimé les boutons de l’ascenseur, ne s’allume pas, la commande de l’ascenseur est réparée avec du scotch

Pros:

Bon emplacement, lits confortables, personnel à l'écoute, superbe extérieur avec piscine et jardin bien entretenu.

Cons:

Porte des toilettes ne se fermait pas, une des lampes de chevet cassé, mais nous ne l'avons pas notifié au personnel qui aurait sûrement trouvé une solution pour cela.

I missed my earlier scheduled train in tangier to fes so i arrived very late and tired and the hotel its literally next to the Fes train station so i didn't have to face any further inconvenience once arriving i just walked straight in from train station
This alone made it a great start already!

Cons:

None of the rooms had a small fridge which was a first at hotels usually they always have them
I was here for 2 weeks so this was a big inconvenience

Also
Not saying towels were terrible but it wouldn't be a bad idea if they were replaced/thrown out for good and put newer ones.

They should work on renewing some parts such as the elevator,
