Pros:

Très satisfaite de mon séjour, La chambre était propre, la climatisation fonctionnait parfaitement, les draps étaient impeccables et la salle de bain était très bien entretenue. Tout était fonctionnel.

Top Lage, Frühstück gut, Personal nett und hilfsbereit, toller Poolbereich, exotischer Garten , angenehme Atmosphäre.

•L’état de l’ascenseur n’est pas conforme.
•Le parking est mal organisé, avec un manque de traçage au sol.
•Il n’y a pas de séparation claire entre le parking et l’arrêt des petits taxis.
•L’absence de clôture entre la piscine et le café pose un problème de sécurité.
•Les vestiaires à proximité de la piscine sont dans un état insuffisant.
•La réception est située relativement loin de l’entrée, ce qui n’est pas pratique.
•Le rapport qualité/prix n’est pas satisfaisant, les tarifs étant élevés par rapport aux services proposés.
•Le prix du petit déjeuner (7 €) est également relativement élevé.
•Enfin, le montant total payé ne correspond pas à celui indiqué sur la facture.
