Great location and comfortable hotel.
Pros:

A great stay in a lovely location for exploring Prague. Very close to the metro. Was a nice treat for us after a long trip of a couple of weeks around Europe to stay with some added luxury.
Piano playing everywhere is lovely. Excellent welcome gift of the Prague card and bottle of wine.

Cons:

At breakfast on the mornings we were there the same waitress tried to show us to a seat next to the children’s buffet. (Quite a dark little corner!) Our little one is nearly 10 and we requested to sit in the main restaurant. At this she just said fine and walked off! She was very unhappy every morning we saw her! Children’s buffet is just full of sugary items.

Pros:

Alles was heel goed ook het personeel was zeer vriendelijk en behulpzaam!! Hotel is bijna 40 jaar oud dus is misschien beetje verouderd maar voor die leeftijd was het top!!

Pros:

Locatiin and wiue

Cons:

Room , swiming pool, breakfast , there is no order on the swimung pool. Some guys were swiming in the shirts and the water was wery dirty.. For the 5 stars hotel , I expacted beter experiance.

Zalig verblijf waar we volop konden genieten met ons gezin en waar we zeker naar terugkeren als de gelegenheid zich voor
Pros:

De vriendelijkheid van het personeel, de kans tot zwemmen of gebruik van fitness, het overheerlijke ontbijt en ook het Michelinmenu. We kregen ook vele extra’s zoals fles schuimwijn, flesjes water… Als je een vraag had dan stond er meteen iemand klaar om te helpen. Parking bij het hotel. Toegang tot metro. We kregen ook een Prague Pass bij aankomst. Elke dag live pianomuziek!

Pros:

Pokoje czyste, jedzenie w restauracjach bardzo dobre, położenie hotelu dobre dla zwieszających.

Cons:

Pokój nie był przygotowany na czas.
W oczekiwaniu na pokój zauważyliśmy, że wszyscy nowi goście otrzymali paczkę z niespodzianką. Niestety jako jedyni nie otrzymaliśmy takiej niespodzianki.

Pros:

Mit der U-Bahn in 10 min direkt in der stadt. Station direkt vor dem hotel. Genügend Parkplätze vorhanden. Personal absolut freundlich.

Cons:

Bad zu klein. Pool zu klein und nicht Sauber zuviel Chlor. 60° Sauna zu heiß. Saunabereich zu klein. Wir sind hier auf 5 Sterne Niveau. da erwarte ich mehr. Ausserdem war das Badezimmer zu klein. Es war zwar eine badewanne vorhanden jedoch keine Dusche. mann musste zum duschen immer über die Wanne klettern.

Tolles zentrales Hotel
Pros:

Tolles Hotel mit vielen kleinen Komforts. Toller Ausblick aus den Zimmerfenstern. Schönes kleines Schwimmbad in der 25.Etage mit Blick auf Prag. Sehr guter Anschluss zur Metro.
