The place is good location. We Disappointed because every day we take a shower and two days we stay there. The water is brown , but mean you to take 10-15 minutes raining water so it’s make white color . and I tell her the reception they said they fixing things and then the hairdryer it’s not good make burn your hair because there’s no cover on it and there’s No curtain for the shower room so every time you take a shower it’s a exploring the water all over the shower all the water in the floor so, me and my wife nearly to fall down in the floor ! the toilet so old. You need to renovate. Your hotel 6 star but the. 6 star is in possible! Very bad experience !!!!!

La limpieza era nefasta y era todo super antiguo y muy deteriorado.
El precio del parking era excesivo para apenas unas horas...

Personel pomocny i przyjazny, apartament przestronny, wewnętrzny parking, dobra lokalizacja - blisko centrum, stacji metra i atrakcji turystycznych.
Pobyt był zbyt krótki, by coś przeszkadzało. 🙂
It’s almost impossible to stay more central than this. If you enjoy exploring Sofia on foot, the location is perfect. There is also a small spa with a pool and sauna included in the price. I didn’t use it, but I had a look and it seemed very cozy.
The windows face a fairly busy street with tram tracks. It didn’t bother me at all, but if you are sensitive to street noise, it’s something to keep in mind.

A berendezésre ráférne egy kis felújítás. A szobánk egy forgalmas utcára néző volt,így eléggé be hallatszott a villamos.
The only thing that I didn't like is that if someone from upper floor flushed the bathroom water, you could hear everything in a very loud noise, that seemed like a bomb when arrived to the lower floors.
Economic room so basic but okay I would upgrade next time as those rooms are bigger with more character
