Pros:

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel and were very happy with the service. The hotel was clean, comfortable, and the staff were friendly and professional.

A special thank you to Tetiana, who looked after us during my stay. She was always kind, helpful, and attentive, making sure that everything was perfect for us. Her positive attitude and excellent customer service made our experience even more enjoyable.

Pros:

Çok merkezi, yatakları rahat, temiz, klima iyi çalışıyor. Odamızdan memnun kaldık.

Cons:

Biraz gürültülü merkezi olmasından dolayı normal bir durum, benim açımdan sıkıntı olmadı. Kettle konulabilir, eksikliğini hissettik.

Emplacement très central, et pas trop loin de la gare (1,7 km).

Cons:

On nous a chargé 15 euros pour stationner nos vélos. Ça ne nous est jamais arrivé en 50 ans de voyage partout dans le monde! En outre, l’hôtel offre un spa thaïlandais accessible gratuitement. Mais l’eau du bassin thermal était tiède, et ni le sauna scandinave, ni le bain de vapeur ne fonctionnaient.

the hotel is in an excellent location with metro stops 5 minutes walk away and tram literally next door The reception staff are very polite and ready to help with any question or desire The hotel has a very special character reminiscent of another era The room is very spacious, bright and with a nice view I did not use the spa and have no opinion, but it is offered for free I could not ask for anything more I will definitely stay there again

Pros:

L’Hotel era centralissimo, ad un passo da tutto. Personale molto cortese e super disponibile, ambiente pulito e piacevolmente arredato. La spa inclusa è un plus molto utile per chi vuole rilassarsi a fine giornata.

Рсположение. На этом ВСЕ!!! Интроверт напротив МНОГО лучше по всем показателям.

Cons:

Отель ооочень старый.звукоизоляция ужасная.Кондиционер после включения издавал страшные звуки и не отключался. С открытым окном спать НЕ возможно: грохот трамваев прекращается только от 2х до 4 часов ночи. Лифт дико задумчивый. После нажатия кнопки трогается с места минуты через 3. Парковка для постояльцев 15 евро. В номере НЕТ туалетной бумаги.
