It was ok but will probably not stay there again on next trip
Pros:

Location was good, easy access to bus/tram and beaches etc

Cons:

Check in was not overly friendly, barman at pool bar needs to get off his cellphone and try assisting guests.
Guests in room next to us (102) where making a horrific noise in passage until early hours of the morning, the reception desk is a few short steps away and they did nothing to stop the noise, not acceptable .

Good value, sometimes noisy but so near the trams it made it easy to access.
Pros:

Close to the sea, tram stop (but not the one on the map), good apartment with a view of the building next door.

Cons:

Noise from 7am on the development near our side of the building. The tram stop was one further on from that on the map. Still only 100 metres to the Palace.

Glyfada-Urlaub direkt am Strand
Pros:

Der Pool, zwischendurch Besuch von der Hotel-Katze, die am Pool nach Streicheleinheiten suchte, das Zimmer, Frühstück war gut, Bushaltestelle vor der Tür, Tram in der Nähe und der Strand war auch vom Balkon zu sehen.

Cons:

Die Dusche, Verletzungsgefahr. Das Waschbecken war mitten in der Dusche! Man hört manchmal den Nachbarn im Zimmer. Abends rasen vorm Balkon, der zur Straße führt, Autotuner, Motorradfahrer mit lauten Geräuschen vorbei. Baustelle direkt rechts vom Balkon, Beginn ab 7 Uhr..Bett hat leider eine zu laute Matratze. Beim Aufstehen aus dem Bett weckt man den Ehepartner damit.

Отличное месторасположение, плохая уборка
Pros:

Отличное расположение, до моря - 2 минуты, до центра Афин - 40 минут с остановки прямо рядом с отелем. Гостиница (пока что) самая крайняя в этом городке, так что у нас из окна был вид и на море, и на горы и вдали виднелась столица (рядом активно ведутся 3 стройки новых отелей).
Мы прилетели ночью, о чем заранее им сообщили, и нас смогли заселить на 4 часа раньше официального чекина. Завтраки - вкусные, небольшой шведский стол и немного столиков, но в любое время можно сесть.
Есть 2 лифта и приятный бассейн со своей отдельной зоной.

Cons:

Номера старые, много трещин, каких-то потрепанностей. Из кондиционера текла вода на балкон, так что там постоянно было мокро.
В номер заползали муравьи, как из трещин в стене с балконом, так и откуда-то в ванной. Постоянно бегали черные точки по полу.
Уборка - не их сильная сторона. Когда только заехали в номер, запах средств стоял сильный и казалось, что убираются на славу, но потом обнаружились и какие-то веточки от ягод на полках от прошлых жильцов, и открытые пачки сахара в шкафу, которые так и оставались на месте последующие уборки. Постельное белье тоже было сразу с пятном и потом не разу не сменилось. При уборке всегда выдавали новые чистые полотенца, но почему-то они пахли рыбой (возможно это такое моющее средство).

אחלה מלון, בהחלט נותן תמורה לעלות. מיקום מעולה מגליפדה, מטר מחוף ים נעים ונוח , עשר דק במונית לכל מקום - יש גם טראם צמוד למלון ותחנת אוטובוס . חדרים מגניבים עם נוף משגע לחוף, ארוחת בוקר סטנדרטית ומספקת. אדיבים מאד ועוזרים בכל מה שאפשר - הדבר היחיד שפחות מוצלח, הן מקלחות ממש צפופות וזרם מים לא מגניב.. לא הייתי מבטלת על זה את ההזמנה - אבל כדאי לדעת מראש

A good option for staying in the area
Pros:

The friendly staff, good location, 24h reception desk and rooftop with its amazing view.

Cons:

Nothing in particular was missing; however, the room would benefit from renovation, as it felt rather dated. There were no common relaxation areas apart from the outdoor pool.
