Pros:

The staff were not friendly at all. My husband is diabetic and forgot his medication. I made several efforts to ask for their assistance, but they said they did not have the medicine, even though my husband had previously given it to them to store in the fridge. This is an emergency situation, and the lack of support is very concerning.

Tres bon séjour,gâché par le problème de la chambre.
Cons:

Problème très gênant avec l orientation de la sortie d air de la climatisation qui donne sur les têtes de lit .Nous ne pouvions pas fermer la clim car il faisait 40 degré a l extérieur.Nous avons été obligé de tourner les lits dans l autre sens.Malgré l intervention du technicien le problème a persisté et nous n avons pas pu remettre les lits dans la bonne position.Situation gênante et non agréable pas d interrupteur disponible sur le lit .Et la première nuit nous avons trés trés mal dormi.Chambre mal conçue indigne d un hotel et de ce que nous étions habitués
