Good location
Every time I book , I have to wait atleast 1 hour to get my room ( if I prefer check in around 11:30 am.
There’s no foot towel provided in the bathroom
The housekeeping do not clean the room if the CLEAN MY ROOM tag is not hanged on the door. I was not provided the tag & they left my room uncleaned
Nothing

Location
Food
I have just checked in at JP Siddharth, and I am already extremely disappointed. From the very beginning, there has been a complete lack of hospitality and basic courtesy. There is no bellboy available to assist with luggage, which is quite surprising.
The front desk staff, especially Nisha and Shivani, are very unprofessional and lack basic manners. Their behavior at the reception is rude and unwelcoming, making the experience even worse.
At this point, I am not satisfied in any way. I will somehow manage to stay for one night and plan to check out tomorrow. This is just the beginning—let’s see what else unfolds under such a reputed brand name.
Overall, the hotel feels poorly managed and far below acceptable standards.
I would not recommend anyone to stay here.
The atmosphere of hotel is good From the lobby to the rooms, the whole place felt calm and relaxing The entire area reflects comfort. The lights and friendly staff It was peaceful, clean, and calm Gentle music and friendly people made me feel right at home. Reception person like Jessica Nisha both of doing good work
Nice breakfast and prompt deliver good behaviour of staff
Nothing
Very disappointing
The rooms were visibly worn out, with outdated and damaged furniture that felt more like a budget lodge than a luxury hotel. The fittings and fixtures were old & poorly maintained. Cleanliness was a major concern the room and common areas did not meet even basic hygiene expectations for a property of this category.
There were no towels, bath mats and house slippers. It was given only when asked for. Anyways did not use them as they were no so clean.
I thought my breakfast was included. The staff did not mention it till I served and started to have my breakfast. They should have mentioned at the entrance for me to make a choice.
For a hotel that markets itself as 5-star, the lack of upkeep and attention to detail is unacceptable. With significant improvements in maintenance, cleanliness, and refurbishment, this place could potentially live up to its claims. As it stands, it does not offer value for the price or the rating it holds.
We booked for a business conference through ms arminder Kaur, everything was very well organised including food and services
staffs were nice and comforting
lobby is very small
Wonderful staff and wonderful stay Satyam and D Kumar took care of me exceptionally well.
