Decent hotel
Pros:

I stayed at this hotel two months ago for a solo trip and had a decent experience. The front desk associate, Sujit, was incredibly helpful and guided me throughout my stay, and the housekeeping staff was equally attentive. However, I feel the food quality could be improved. Overall, it’s a nice place for solo travelers.

Good Stay
Pros:

Nice stay, one of the best stay we had. Specially I would like to mention pradipta who helped us a lot. We faced some problem during our stay, but he ensured for a smooth stay after that. Every thing was went good specially the reception peoples are awesome.

Those room are like a jail with no view, no fan only AC. If anything happens in that room, you will suffocate to death. Windows are bolted and annoying wallpaper is pasted on all the windows. However happy person you are, you will be depressed living in that room. OYO rooms are far better than this atleast they have a fan and a view at times. In this hotel you get nothing.

Kind hearted Mr. Dibyendu
Pros:

Hotel was in the heart of the city, my stay was good, I am very much thankful to duty manager Mr. Dibyendu who arranged medicine for me in a medical emergency. He is very good hearted person and helpful. I can say he is an asset of Peerless Hotel. Thank you Mr. Dibyendu.

It was a nice stay at Peerless hotel, enjoyed a lot, at the middle of City near by all. Room was good and check in process was smooth. Bad experience
Pros:

The room was very dirty, the washroom condition was pathetic. Every time I face the same issue, even the great Aheli restaurant food quality was a waste, taste is at all time low.

Horrible management. As from manager post and above including the board of directors, need to transfer out.

This hotel has a great location but is equipped with unable Management. Managers and above including the directors need to be replaced. They show clear signs and symptoms of incompetence.
