I didn't like being charged twice for the room I reserved that I paid for when arriving.I I was also charged an additional $75 with no explanation. didn't know there was a $5.00 parking fee. The hotel parking lot was blocked off when I came back from a concert. If a hotel worker hadn't been in the parking lot I don't believe I would have has a space available. I called the hotel to speak with someone during the day and night . No one answered the phone. I received a text message saying someone would call me shortly, but no one ever did.

Location was perfect and the area was very descent. i would go back this location in the future. Some staff had issues with our kids but the management staff handled the issue in a timely manner. Front counter staff was great.

We had to pay $5 to park outside on car park. For patrons it seems a bit mean .There wasn’t a coffee maker in our room so we had to go downstairs to get one . There was one tiny bin near the door to room for the whole of our suite ( no bathroom bin). We asked to extend our stay for couple of ours and wasn’t assisted with any options with this .

If you don’t like aircraft noise don’t stay here .

They claim that I would get my $85 deposit back and never did.

The staff was great, and the room was relatively updated, although the appliances were dated/ and had issues (mini fridge) but the main issue was that there was a power outtage on my second night and the hotel had no generator and I wasnt given anything to help the situation. No light at all in the rooms/ stair wells and I showered in the dark after my phone died from trying to use the flashlight for light. My food went bad with no refrigeration and I had trouble getting an uber and then going to the event I traveled for, with a dead phone. Even when the rest of the area got power back hours later, the hotel was still dark into the next morning, and since I had an early flight, I was so paranoid about missing my flight, that I could barely sleep. I will say, that the staff gracefully came to knock on my door in the morning after asking them if they could, so I wouldnt miss my flight, and the shuttle driver was great, but there needs to be measures placed to avoid the anxiety this produced.

The electricity went out on the second day and did not return until the next morning. So we had to lift the windows and hope it would come back while we were asleep. I went to the front desk on the last day to ask “was there a discount for the electricity going out”. The front desk older women with a light brown Afro said “It was a Act of nature”, but the electricity in the hotel across the small road and other surrounding business’s electricity was back on the same night the lights went out. I juice fruits and vegetables for health reasons; my juice was ruined and money lost. I will not be returning because I overlooked the maintenance but hot flashes, no air, and renovations was a horrible combination. I am Not positive but many people seem like they live here and in the hotel across the small road. You get what you pay, I guess. The room was $378.00 for Labor Day weekend. All other hotels were sold out when the lights went out.
