Came for work. Got n upgrade for my room. Best breakfast buffet spread. Staffs are excellent, special shout out to Jovanka for helping to extend my checkout time so that I could come back from my meeting and freshen up before heading to the airport. The stay and location is perfect. Please keep up the excellent work throughout so that I can mark this hotel as my first choice moving forward.
Celebrating my wife's birthday di JimBARan sangat berkesan. Food was excellent especially the Quatro formaggi! The service from pak Erik dan Bu Regy sangat warm dan helpful. Will definitely on our mind for our next special day 👍👍👍

The hotel is one of the best hotels I have ever stayed in. First, I need to talk about the quality of the staff, always available, always willing to help, and nice, kind, polite, they've made this experience go mazing to excellency. I went with a group of 10 europeans counterparts for a business trip and they were all impressed, the infrastucre of the hotel, restaurants, breakfast, amenities, rooms, atmosphere, everything was really smooth and amazing. The hotel is clean, neaty, and quiet if you realize you are in the middle of the business district in Jakarta.
the location is great also for business trips if this is the intent of your trip, but also to access the touristic places, as it is in the middle of the city.
