Pros:

The hotel staffs were helpful, attentive, esp in the restaurant, they played along & took care well of our kids, really appreciate it!

Cons:

Breakfast wasn’t so special, the hotel quite old but it was well maintained though

Verkehrslage und Anbindung für meine beruflichen Zwecke nicht ideal - für eine Wegstreckte die man in 12-15 min theoretsich zu Fuss machen kann, benätigt man mit dem Auto bis zu 20 min, wenn man auf die andere Seite des Hotels will.

Pros:

I had an outstanding experience with the team at Ayana Midplaza. I accidentally left my laptop charger in one of the function rooms, and what could have easily turned into a stressful situation was handled with incredible efficiency and care by Ari and Zikri.

I first contacted Ari by calling the hotel. He roped in Zikri, and they went above and beyond to assist me. Within just 10 minutes, they had located my charger, carefully packed it, and handed it over to a Grab driver so it could be returned to me. The speed, coordination, and initiative they demonstrated were genuinely impressive.

What made this even more meaningful was the timing. I had a major presentation the following morning, and not having my charger would have caused significant disruption. Thanks to Ari and Zikri, everything was resolved seamlessly, and I could focus on my work with complete peace of mind.

This level of service truly reflects the professionalism and attention to detail of the Ayana Midplaza team. I’m very grateful for their help and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend the hotel for both events and stays.
