Categories

Cleanliness
7.9
Generally cleaned daily and many guests report tidy rooms, but several comments note moquette/carpet retains dust and at least one report of superficial cleaning — minor cleanliness concerns for allergy-prone guests.
Service
9.24
Consistently praised staff: described as very kind, welcoming, helpful and accommodating (early check-in, good room service); multiple guests highlight excellent, attentive service.
Location
9.24
Frequently noted as a convenient, quiet area with good transport connections (tram 5 min walk) and well situated for sightseeing — location is a clear strong point.
Room Quality
8.3
Many guests report comfortable, spacious rooms and beds; however there are exceptions (at least one guest had a very small room with layout issues, and some note aging carpets and pillows).
Amenities
9.24
Good basic amenities reported (air conditioning, large rooms, regular housekeeping, plentiful breakfast), though hotel shows some age (traditional keys, older carpets, limited TV language options).
Value for Money
7.2
Mixed to negative perception: most guests find stay fine for price, but a strong negative outlier (very high total cost for a booking) and comments about room size vs. price lower perceived value.
Food and Beverage
9.24
Breakfast repeatedly praised as abundant, well stocked and varied; a small number found it repetitive, but overall breakfast is a highlighted positive.
Overall Experience
9.24
Majority of guests report a very pleasant stay (friendly staff, good breakfast, comfortable rooms, quiet location), though there are notable negative experiences (small room, high price, dust/moquette) that moderate some opinions.

Pros:

Skvělé snídaně a vždy příjemný a usměvavý recepční

Skvělá dostupnost metro i tramvaj.

Cons:

Pokoj nad hlavním vchodem znamenal,při otevřeném okně, častý zápach cigaret. Hosté prostě dál nedošli 😞

Not the best value for money, expected more.
Pros:

Most of the people working there were very polite and willing to help, especially the people working in the morning buffet and most of the reception guys as well.
House keeping was also really good and on point

Cons:

Amenities were only for show because in terms of their usability they were not good at all, we booked a double bed and we got 2 single beds pretending to be a single double bed. Also water pressure for bathing was a joke, sheets and pillow covers were clean but the pillows themselves need to be replaced as soon as possible because they smell like they are heavily used.
Lastly, that single vending machine they have there in case you need to buy something has ridiculous prices in my opinion and its not something you can rely on, better to order from a delivery app if you need something rather than buying from the vending machine.

Nuostabi.
Pros:

Labai paslaugūs ir mandagūs registratūros darbuotojai. Puikus maisto pasirinkimas pusryčių metu, šviežias maistas. Erdvūs, nepralaidūs garsui kambariai, Kambarių tvarkymas nuostabus, kiekvieną diną papildoma arbatos, kavos, cukraus. Labai patogios lovos (žiužiniai neišgulėti, švari patalynė). Puiki vieta, patogus susiekimas, netoli yra parduotuvėlių, kavinukių, prekybos centras.

Cons:

Viskas puiku, nėra kas nepatiko. Dėkoju personalui už Jūsų drabą.
