L’endroit est top, près de la gare de Part-Dieu
Pros:

Bel accueil, 1er nuit la TV de la chambre n’a pas marché. Avons prévenu la réception et elle nous a proposé de changer de chambre. Vraiment gentil. Autrement tout est bien. On reviendra.

Cons:

Il y a un petit bouchon sur la douche, merci de prévoir de nettoyer.

Cons:

client de l'hôtel à ne pas bénéficier d'une chambre climatisée, en pleine période de canicule. Cette situation est totalement inacceptable.

Après plus de 3 heures d'attente et plusieurs réclamations, on m'a simplement apporté un vieux ventilateur, totalement insuffisant face aux fortes chaleurs.

Lorsque j'ai demandé un geste commercial, on m'a expliqué qu'aucun remboursement n'était possible. La seule proposition a été une remise de 20 % sur mon séjour, mais impossible à utiliser puisque j'avais réservé via Booking. J'ai même eu l'impression qu'on me reprochait d'être passé par cette plateforme plutôt que de réserver directement auprès de l'hôtel.

Le plus décevant reste le manque total de considération et de volonté de trouver une véritable solution, alors que j'étais manifestement un client concerné par ce problème.

Au vu de cette expérience, je ne peux pas attribuer plus de 1/10 à cet établissement. Je ne le recommande absolument pas.
