Sehr schönes Hotel und sehr zu empfehlen.
Pros:

Ich habe eine Weiterbildung gemacht und habe mindestens fünf mal in dem Hotel übernachtet. Ich bin mehr als begeistert. Die Lage ist perfekt! Nur wenige Minuten mit der U-Bahn vom Bahnhof weg… Sollte ich jemals wieder in München sein werde ich in diesem Hotel einchecken… richtig tolles Frühstück… Alle Zimmer sind jetzt modernisiert worden… Freundliches Personal… Sauber… Was will man mehr?

One the worst experiences I've had in hotels anywhere in the world

I specifically searched for a hotel with a bathtub, and found this place on booking because the room I reserved was listed as having a bathtub, as is shown in the attached image. After checking the room and finding it only had a shower, I went to the reception and let the woman there know about this. She did nothing about it and at one point even raised her tone with me, telling me that they simply had no rooms with bathtubs. At the end they offered me a free breakfast, which seems to be their average response whenever someone has issues. The whole experience was very, very far from what is expected of a "4 star" hotel. The room was extremely noisy as well, as heavy trucks and cars pass in the avenue right next to the place, and the rooms have not been properly protected against this noise. I will never return and obviously I do not recommend this place to anyone. One of the worst experiences I've had in hotels, after traveling through many years and several places of the world.

Prima locatie om een paar dagen München te verkennen.
Pros:

Goed bed, goed ontbijt en naast een U-Bahn station. Je staat met 20 minuten op de Marienplatz. We konden gratis op straat parkeren. Kamer warmt snel op maar er is een goede airco. Maar er is ook een garage waar je voor €18 per dag kunt parkeren.

Cons:

Kamer wat krap maar verder OK. Regendouche op onze kamer zat verstopt maar dat was geen echt probleem want er was ook een handdouche.
