Pros:

Ein sehr gepflegtes Hotel mit überaus freundlichem Personal. Die Lage ist perfekt, die U-Bahn ist direkt am Hotel. Die Möglichkeit in der Tiefgarage zu parken ist sehr bequem. Es wird sogar vom Hotel darauf hingewiesen, dass am Straßenrand kostenlose Parkplätze sind (nach Verfügbarkeit.)

Clean, comfortable and very welcoming hotel
Pros:

This is a lovely hotel, with spacious, comfortable and clean rooms. Despite my window looking out onto a busy street, it was very quiet as the windows are well insulated. There is a U-Bahn station right outside the hotel and it takes just 10 min to the central station. The staff was exceptionally friendly and accommodating.

Cons:

Everything was fine.

The place to stay in Munich
Pros:

Staff were absolutely the best, very responsive, friendly and welcoming.
Location is also great because metro and bus stations are 1-2 minutes away.its also close to a bakery, market and cafe.
Room was enough for one person to move freely
Stocked minibar

Cons:

Would have loved to have a kettle and coffee.
A table or chairs outside would have been a plus.
Doors close with a thud so very easy for a light sleeper to wake up and they start cleaning pretty early

Gemütliches Stadthotel mit guter Anbindung an die öffentlichen Verkehrsmittel
Pros:

Nettes Privathotel mit guter Anbindung an das öffentliche Verkehrsnetz. Ansprechend und modern eingerichtete Zimmer. ( Deluxe Zimmer ) Das Preis-Leistungs Verhältnis würde ich für München als hervorragend bezeichnen. Sehr freundliche und hilfsbereite Mitarbeiter !

Cons:

Wir mussten das Zimmer leider wechseln, da die Klimaanlage kaum kühlte und es in dem Zimmer unerträglich warm wurde. Die Klimaanlagen sollten einer regelmäßigen Wartung und Reinigung unterzogen werden .
Der Zimmerwechsel gestaltete sich dann reibungslos und wir waren zufrieden.

Pros:

Lage direkt an der U-Bahnstation, man ist in wenigen Minuten in der Stadt. Das Zimmer zu Seitenstrasse hingelegen war nicht laut (trotz geöffnetem Fenster).

Cons:

Etwas mehr Fläche im Schrank.

It appeared good value, but 30 more per night elsewhere would have likely been a better experience.
Pros:

The style of the lobby was nice and upscale. The rooms were relatively newly renovated with a good style. A/C was accessible. Some rooms were clean and clean feeling.

Cons:

The maintenance of the appliances (refrigerator, Air conditioning, some bathroom appliances) was non-existent and seemed to be at the expense of the lobby manager on call to repair or fix any issues. Our first room was nice looking and on the corner of the building which had a little nook for sitting, but the air conditioner had mold visible in the unit. The room didn't smell great and the mold was allergenic (sneezing). Our second room felt less used and cleaner, but the A/C unit never cooled the room until the manager on-call had to come and clean the filter (no regular maintenance?). (37 C outside during our stay) After that, things were working better. The bathroom was quite small, but probably better than the standard sized room. The grading of the shower floor caused the water to pool all over the floor of the bathroom. We used towels to keep things mopped up. The only illuminated mirror broke after gentle and simple use and the bedside lighting was absurdly bright and more like a interrogation light than a reading light.
