Pros:

struttura nella riviera ateniese abbastanza datata e che avrebbe bisogno di una ristrutturazione immediata. Noi avevamo necessità di trascorrere una sola notte ma non mi sento di consigliarlo per chi cerca un soggiorno più lungo.

Cons:

aparthotel che sente il peso degli anni. E' necessario avere l'auto per raggiungere le spiaggie limitrofe.

Overall great experience
Pros:

I liked the location as it was close to the beach, restaurants, bus stop and super market. There was a pool which was a bonus. I liked that we had a balcony and the apartment was generally was very comfortable. Staff was friendly and helpful.

Cons:

The bed and pillows were not comfortable at all. Particularly, the mattress was very hard; it was like I was sleeping on the floor.
The bathroom was dated but we had everyday clean towels which I really appreciated.

Prima locatie, 10 minuten lopen op het strand en vooral de kinderen waren gek op her zwembad

Cons:

Klein aandachtspunt. Het zwembad is minimaal 180cm diep. Tip voor het hotel om dit op hun website te communiceren.

Clean spacious rooms & balcony. Drying rack on balcony. Friendly staff. Located 10 min walk to the Main Street along the beach. Organised beach 15mins walk. A few cafes/restaurants within 5-15mins walk. Breakfast is 1 hard boiled egg & cold cut meats, cheese, bread, juice & coffee.

Cons:

Leaky toilet with barely a flush (reported). Took 5mins for hot water to come through in the shower. Unusable shower head holder due to how it has been installed in the wall. Weird odour in the room every afternoon. Can hear noise from rooms next door & above us due to thin walls. Noise from corridor echoes through day & night. Pool is very deep. No area to just relax in the pool. Not suitable for children who can’t swim! Strict quiet time 3-5pm in pool area everyday! No jumping! No yelling! Hard to do with kids! Cafe at pool only had a very limited selection of a sandwich to eat & few drinks. Only one person manning the reception/pool/cafe during the day.
For a 3 star complex you get what you pay for!
We were disappointed and will not recommend or return again.

Больше всего мне бы хотелось отметить отзывчивость и мгновенную реакцию персонала. Будьте уверены, любые ваши пожелания относительно проживания будут удовлетворены в кратчайшие сроки. Персонал замечательный! Всё, без исключения.

Cons:

Местоположение. Но это не к отелю. Сами чуть не угадали с районом. Впервые в данной локации. Ожидали более курортно-туристическую зону.
