Perfect, as always
Pros:

I’ve stayed here a few times before, and each time it’s been great.
All of the staff are incredibly friendly, it’s impeccably clean and the location is great for getting around South Mumbai.
It’s my go to hotel for every Mumbai trip!

Pros:

I have been at this hotel many times for short stays. It is an excellent choice. Staff are great breakfast is great. Breakfast is very good. Room service is good and prompt.

Cons:

After so many years at staying at the hotel, I can see some aspects of wear and tear and that lets the facility down somewhat. Our room was fine and clean but one wall had significant moisture ingress which will soon become an issue. The bed was comfortable as always but a little tired. The ironing board had certainly seen better days.The lifts squeaked a bit more than last time. Little things but with prices very much higher than the last stay these begin to matter. Staff always excellent. Gaylords around the corner is the best choice for quality Indian cuisine there is a Foo as well... the famous K Rustom & Co ice cream parlour sadly gone due to an FDA visit ... so I am told
