Good value for a stopover in Victoria BC.
Pros:

3 night stay so we could spend a couple of days in Victoria BC. This place met our needs. 1 bedroom suite was a good size and functional. Staff were friendly and efficient. Room was clean and well equipped so we could self cater in evenings. Was good value compared to other options.

Cons:

Met our needs and was good value for money. Recommend you really benefit from having a car if staying here.

A good value decent hotel
Pros:

We had a king suite with a separate bedroom. The suite was roomy, the bed was comfortable. There is a stove top and full-size fridge/freezer. There are enough dishes and cutlery for 3.
The suite and hotel were acceptably clean.
We did not use the pool but could see it out our bedroom window. It appeared clean and was surrounded by chairs.
The hotel is close to a good sized mall.
The price for our 4 day stay was substantially more reasonable than other places which brings us back every year.

Cons:

Corner areas around the bathroom door could use a more thorough cleaning.
A bit more dish soap and cutlery would have been useful.

Pros:

For the money, always a wonderful surprise. The staff is wonderful, always willing to book you in early, or try their best to do so! The place is neat, organized and clean, everything is really worth a lot more stars. The desk staff will go out of their way to find you things to do, or places to see. I found the front desk staff absolutely excellently professional and going out of their way to help every time I've been here (4 times now)

Cons:

The ding, I think, is mostly because the rooms are on the smaller side, the elevator is also on the smaller side if you bring luggage up to the upper floors. It does make up that the beds are really comfy and that you do have everything you need in the rooms, you just have to be a bit organized! This will not stop me from booking with them in future though! Hmm, just reading the next question, can you advertise Spiral beach more please, I'd love to go there but I didn't know about it!

Room facing the trees and Galloping Goose bike trail.
We has everything we needed.
There were more kitchen items than expected. Much appreciated.
The pool looked great, nicely private despite the hotel being in a busy industrial setting.

I have a bad experience with this property their was bedbug in my room in my bed bites me badly and awake me at midnight and call the front desk and she changed the room for me , but fortunately in the morning who works in the front desk that guy was not friendly manner so he didn’t even ask me sorry for that incident 😰I have to clean all my luggage and clothes from morning and I miss my ferry 😒
