Location and furnishing
Nothing specifically
Location was about the only thing that I enjoyed about the hotel although the valet service was a pain.
I could go on and on here but I won’t. I thought I was checking into what seemed to be a very upscale hotel. No. That is not what i checked into. Poor quality refurbishment on an old hotel to make it look new.
Location and staff
Little pricey
The bed was comfy and the price is acceptable for the area.
If you’re coming for a game, the location can’t be beat. If you’re trying to get in during a game day but aren’t into it yourself… I wouldn’t recommend it.
Hotel proprio nel centro di Cleveland vicino alle Arene di Basket a Baseball. Comodissimo da raggiungere, parcheggio un po' caro, ma nelle vicinanze si trovano soluzioni decisamente più economiche. Piccolo problema al check in ma ringrazione il personale che si è impegnato per trovare una soluzione.
Bella camera ma bagno decisamente scomodo. Alcune zone dell'hotel sono in ristrutturzione
The location and convenience to the e ent we were attending was perfect!
Was not as clean as my last stay and seemed to be a smaller room for way more of a price. There were no pillows and blankets for the fold out couch, dirty finger prints everywhere throughout the room. Bed was comfortable though.
How close it was to Rocket Arena
Location was very good.
The ventilation unit rattled loudly. Also, the room was on the 4th floor above the entrance, and the chatter from the valet parking guys at 3a was loud.
Wanted a nice hotel in an interesting part of town, close enough to walk to the Lake...and parking was convenient.
Stayed here for 3 nights last week, when we walked in we found a crumpled up water bottle on top of the safe. Didn't think anything of it and just threw it away. Then went into the bathroom and found out that was even more disgusting. The toilet had residue from what must be the previous guests that stayed in the room. Then we needed more towels and were questioned why we need more towels. The room was 2 queen beds and sleeps 4 and we had 4 people. We were only provided 2 towels which is normal, but I didn't think I would need to answer reasons as to why we need more towels. I told her there is four of us in the room and she continued to ask questions as to why we need more. Did she expect us to share? Which would be just as disgusting as the way we found the toilet. Would not recommend this hotel to anyone!
The only thing that kinda made the stay suck was the fact that one elevator was down for renovation and thus the wait times were longer and a little frustrating.

Started Drilling and hammering at 7 AM on the floor we were staying on ! Approached the Manager and they said no one was working on the eighth floor! Very upset that I spent 300 for a room while traveling across the Country and I can’t sleep in!!!!

Booked a king suite, and it was huge with a great view up East Washington to the capitol. Very clean and nicely appointed. Staff was helpful. We will return.
