Fantastic staff & great accommodations!
Pros:

Close location to the park & in the middle of Springdale but still very quiet. The views on the back patio were fantastic, a great spot for your breakfast.

Perfect place to stay near Zion.

We’d stay here again 100% (but request a room not by the exit)
Pros:

The property was beautiful! The location was scenic and close to everything we needed. They had a lovely pool, excellent breakfast, outdoor areas to look at the view.

Cons:

Room 152 was by the exit of the building. It was too noisy with the door slamming as people exited the building. The room was lovely though.

Lovely place close to beautiful Zion national park
Pros:

Check in guy was really pleasant and help out. Clean place, modern rooms and nice pool.

Cons:

Weird rules around needing to buy drinks from hotel and not restaurant to sit outside, but others purchased drinks from the restaurant and sat outside. Check out not so great.
