Great stay, would stay again for sure when next visiting Dallas
Pros:

Nice location, area was very quiet and calm compared to other areas of Dallas. Everything was in easy reach of a car. Room was clean and breakfast good with plenty of choice whether you wanted warm or cold.

Blessings at the hyatt from the front desk.
Pros:

Dewey went far and beyond helping me. His patience and his kindness far exceeds what I have experienced. My booking through booking.com was messed up, and he and Alysia fused it God's blessings upon them both

Pros:

Dewey couldn't happen nicer. Also we really appreciate the afternoon van driver. He not only picked us up from the airport but took us to Gloria's for dinner and picked us up.
The breakfast was good and included in the price.
The rooms are a nice size with a sitting area.

Cons:

It's getting old and needs some renovations.
There was a charging station hung up the nightstand that kept falling down.
