Staff were amazing friendly and helpful
Too hot in the room and lack of fresh air
Everything was great, staff were so nice. Especially Sebastian at reception! We enjoyed our stay, clean tidy, central.
Liked the central location to public transport. Breakfast was good for taste and value.
Airconditioner was a little noisy and worked intermittently. Could not turn it off.

Horrible experience. The room was very small and smelled of mould. The buffet was not worth it at all, and I kept receiving conflicting information regarding dietary requests. The food options were very basic and did not meet my dietary requirements. To make matters worse, I was only informed at the last minute that parking would cost $50 per night.
On the last night of our stay, a $50 note went missing from my daughter’s purse. When I asked the hotel to investigate and check with staff, the manager simply told me to pursue the matter with the police, stating that there was nothing they could do. I found this response very rude and dismissive.
I have travelled extensively and stayed in many hotels, but I have never had such a disappointing experience. I strongly recommend that others do not stay at this hotel.
