Position in the hearth of the old town, cleanliness, very friendly staff
Very well located hotel, the staff is super friendly and helpful, the AC is fantastic though the temperature is set by the staff. The location is excellent
The room could be a little bigger. The temperature of the water in the shower was somehow fluctuating between hot and mildly warm.
L’emplacement était bien.
L’odeur de la chambre , pour couvrir l’odeur nauséabonde de la douche ils ont mis de l’huile essentielle bon marchée. Le wifi est une catastrophe tout comme le réseau téléphonique.ce n’est définitivement pas un grand hôtel

We have stayed in this Hotel several times when stopping in Chambery, it's in a great location, with comfortable rooms. On this occasion we very much appreciated the air-con!
The nearest car park (which the Hotel have an arrangement with) was full on this occasion and although the other car park where they have an arrangement is only a short walk away, it was stressful to navigate by road on arrival, with the one-way system!

It was super clean, the staff were kind and the location was central to everything,
The WiFi was dismal and not reliable. The AC was set at 23 degrees which made it hard to sleep.
Me encantó el hotel, la habitación si bien es pequeña tiene todas las comodides. la ubicación es excelente en pleno centro.
Sobre los precios, escogimos el desayuno express que era mas economico 7 u 8 euros por persona, ya que el buffet costaba alrededor de 18e, sin embargo, luego de consultar muchas veces el sistema de desayuno express no fue muy claro, nos indicaron que era una opcion caliente, un jugo y algo de comer, luego al momento de pagar nos cobraron el buffet ya que consideraba solo el croissant, lo cual no fue bien explicado, nos sentimos super incomodos, pero finalmente respetaron el precio pero quedamos con una mala sensación e incomodidad.
El resto todo bien, el hotel es muy lindo, solo agregaría un frigo en la habitación.
