地理位置优越离城堡、大象喷泉很近。员工友善乐于助人，入住前我曾多次沟通停车问题，均获得耐心解答。酒店为我们预留了一间很大的房间。有协议安全的停车场且离酒店比较近，将进入停车场的票据出示给reception工作人员并支付停车费获得预付凭证非常方便。

Pros:

I had an extraordinarily pleasant stay here. When I got lost on a hike the morning of check-out, the staff was extremely accommodating toward me and extended my checkout time. Bed was comfortable and the shower was especially comfortable. Location is also excellent -- very close to the train station and even closer to the iconic elephant fountain!

Cons:

I have nothing to report. I thoroughly enjoyed my stay!
