Everytime I have gone to this hotel INNA always makes us feel so welcome .this lady is 1 of the most professional people I have seen in many hotels 100%asset to the hotel .thank you .
Maybe more ashtrays outside .as some people are to lazy to walk to the ashtrays that are provided
Lovely staff, easy check-in. I had an issue the following morning when I discovered after getting up that the shower wasn't working. However, a quick visit to reception resulted in being given a different room immediately. Bar staff very easy-going and happy to serve after normal opening hours.
The only issue was the show as metioned above and the hassle of moving rooms but it was dealt with very well.
Location
Not a superior room.
Dull, tired decor.
? Remote control fixed to bedside table
nothing
the hotel terminated my booking in the middle of the booking and they have refused to refund
Friendly staff
Lost wallet between room and car parked outside main entrance. Marred my staff though no reflection on hotrl
Great location. Easy walk from the train station. Reasonable value for money. Breakfast options were varied and the cooked breakfast was more than adequate.
Was extremely quiet overnight.
Bed was a little small but quite comfortable.
Unfortunately the guests next door watched Titanic on the TV which was so loud I may as well have been in the room with them. A bit more soundproofing would be good.
No power sockets by the bed. The room was a bit tired but perfectly satisfactory.
Location
The decor was tired and very basic. Television control was fixed to the furniture making it hard to use. The bathroom door did not close properly. BBC station fan noisy.
The room was large. Comfortable but pretty basic.
we got a very good rate for a room and the hotel is right on westcliff seafront. the staff were really friendly and helpful.
the hotel is being refurbished and we had to ask for towels, there was construction noise, and the decor in the rooms is very basic
Lovely hotel in great location
Nothing
Victorian hotel on seafront, in a great location for concerts at cliffs pavilion.
My room a compact double was quite spacious.
