I didn’t get the room I picked
Location.
Nothing to dislike
Convenience for the show at the theatre
No aircon in bedrooms hottest day of year and duvet on bed unable to sleep. Breakfast was help yourself with a very miserable waitress who was not enjoying her job!
We stayed for 3 nights for my daughter's birthday. We were out for most of the day, therefore only at the hotel early mornings and very late evenings.
Lovely and helpful staff. The hotel restaurant is clean and nice. The lobby is very quiet and peaceful.
Paid parking outside with hotel code. Perfect location by the beach, nearby restaurants and cafes, close to the shopping centre and amusement park.
Room could do with a makeover. Looked slightly run down. Wallpaper dirty and peeling and carpet stains.
Good location
Tired , dirty , ripped stained bedding , carpet stained and dirty , dirt dust cobwebs all around windows , curtains didnt cover window or block out any light ,corridors stunk of smoke.
Atmosphere was good and comfortable
Expected better amenities.
location is amazing
whilst the bathroom appeared new, the roomitself was quite dated and could benefit from redecoration.
I like the view, but Windows needs. cleaning
Short staff
Wonderful experience

Hotel was clean and tidy.
Lovely location.
Room was very warm, we could not open top window to get some air and there was no air con or a fan to use.
I had to ask a member if staff who gave us a fan to keep in the room on the 2nd day.
Lift was tiny with no ventilation.
My Granddaughter and I were stuck once on ground floor, door of lift wouldn't open.
My daughter had gone down the stairs, was not in the lift with us, she called for help but after a few mins, with no one managing to help yet, my Granddaughter became very scared and lift was very hot with no air. My daughter suggested we pressed level 2, went back up and got out safely then came down staircase.
Wasn't sure this would work but had to try something.
What was disappointing is that not one member of staff asked if we were ok or apologised.
There were 3 staff members as we came back down, one just asked me if I remember how door closed! That was it.
But also just to say, on our 2nd ev, there was one person working, minding reception and the bar. For such a large hotel, this was quite unfair on him.
Overall, place was nice, but lift experience wasn't.
Good location and nice view
There is no brush in the toilet
The breakfast was sensational. The staff were friendly.
Great size room.
Juat a few marks on the wall and the bath could use a reseal. All these tiny things aside we had a great stay.
Thank you.
Just a few tiny cleaning issues. Nothing major.
LOVED EVERYTHING 😍
I was not keen on the lift it very small and hot and standing and pressing the button took so long
The rooms need A/C
Nothing
The staff were rude, the hotel was tired and grubby. It was like being in a nursing home
The hotel had beautiful views, amazing food, the room was huge and the staff were wonderful
Only 2 out of 8 working plug sockets in the room, peeled wallpaper in places, no cups or water in the room just a kettle and coffee stuff, the wifi was completely useless and the fans supplied to the room (in the middle of summer at 30°) either didnt work or were less useful than having a window open, the toilet paper was cheaper quality than any other hotel ive stayed at 200 pounds a night i expected more
