Hotel pulito ma di aspetto scadente, assolutamente non adeguato al prezzo

La gentilezza e la disponibilità dello staff. La posizione a due passi dal Tamigi e dalla Modern Tate

Cons:

La zona colazione, con poco spazio tra i tavoli e nessuna tovaglia. Nessun prodotto fresco, brioche e muffin surgelati, nessuna torta o plumcake. Prodotti salati di bassa qualità. La struttura in generale è triste e un po' squallida, la camera è poco arredata, con comodini piccolissimi e stazioni di ricarica del telefono lentissime (non sono mai riuscita a completare una ricarica di notte). Bagno piccolo e doccia piccola con soffione troppo basso per un uomo di alta statura.

Ideal location close to Waterloo Station.
Pros:

Stayed the previous weekend, spot on location for myself.

Cons:

The only fault was the mattress it had a dip in it, ( bed nearest the bathroom wall) Although I slept, well, owing to attending a concert and a days travel, and it being 1 night.
I didn't get given the chance to say anything on checkout.

Die Lage des Hotels war perfekt. Ich konnte wichtige Orte fast ohne öffentliche Verkehrsmittel erreichen. Mein Zimmer wurde täglich gereinigt. Die Mitarbeiter an der Rezeption waren sehr freundlich.

Cons:

Das Frühstück war ausreichend, aber ich kann nicht sagen, dass es ein gutes Frühstück war.
Aus dem Abfluss im Badezimmer drang ein unangenehmer Geruch.
Der Teppich muss dringend gereinigt werden.

Класически хотел в Централен Лондон
Pros:

За втори път посещаваме мястото. Най-голямото предимство, е че резервирате класически хотел в най-централната част на Лондон. Добро съотношение цена-качество. Хотелът е чист, любезен персонал, хубава закуска, стаите се почистват редовно. Специално внимание ще обърна на това, че има система за настаняване за закуска, каквато нямаше преди няколко години и всичко е наред и спокойно. Няма проблем при регистрация и напускане да се остави багажа за няколко часа, което е много удобно.

Cons:

Изрично, още при резервацията поисках стая с две отделни легла, защото сме двама възрастни човека. На чек-ин ни обясниха, че ще ни дадат спалня и нямат стая с две отделни легла. Това, което успяха да ни дадат е допълнителна завивка, което беше малко неуважително, оставаше и обща да споделяме.

Staff was very accommodating about arranging our hop on hop off tour and about helping us with our electrical conversion issues. The staff also greatly assisted us with luggage storage.

Check in is tricky prior to arrival as UK citizens are prompted to download either their passport or drivers license which is completely unnecessary
