Pros:

Staff was very accommodating about arranging our hop on hop off tour and about helping us with our electrical conversion issues. The staff also greatly assisted us with luggage storage.

The room was cleaned and enough of space for bags and people.

10 min walk to Blackfriars or Waterloo stations is great. On my trip we went to Camden and Wembley and that was no problem when stations are so near.

Functional hotel in a great location
Pros:

Easy to find, good location near plenty of eateries. Close to two underground stations. Friendly and polite staff. Room was a good size, bathroom bright and clean and beds really comfortable. Breakfast plentiful.

Cons:

Dated room with worn furniture. View from window was a building site. Only stayed one night so wasn't a huge problem.
