Pros:

A small detail : on check-in you are giving a dummy card which is used to keep the lights on, without your having to use the room-key card. A very small but sensible idea. So often when you leave the room all the power goes off, as does anything that is charging. This, I believe, is the first time I’ve come across this useful idea.

Cons:

Nothing comes to mind. Everything was fine.

Perfect qua locatie. Aardig personeel
Pros:

De locatie van dit hotel is perfect. Je bent zo bij alle toeristische attracties maar zit wel in het rustige deel van London. Er zitten heel veel leuke eetgelegenheden om de hoek. De metro en transportverbinding is perfect.
