Great hotel and staff made our vacation perfect
Pros:

First time in Prague, we booked a perfect hotel. The room is clean, the staff is helpful and very welcoming—excellent breakfast and service. The location is perfect. We enjoyed the hotel very much and will surely book it for our next visit.

Almanac x is a little oiece of hell in earth! Really bad
Pros:

The rooms were big and clean. The location was good too

Cons:

The air-con didn’t work. It was hell! Super uncomfortable. I find it un acceptable that a hotel in this category. Doesn’t have proper air conditioning. My room temperature was at 27 degrees during all my stay

Klimaanlage ohne Funktion

Die Lage und die Zimmerausstattung war sehr gut

Cons:

Bei knapp 40 Grad Aussentemperatur funktionierte die Klimaanlage im Zimmer nicht. Auch der Techniker konnte das Problem nicht lösen. Und wurde dann mitgeteilt, dass bei derartigen Temperaturen die Klimaanlagen in ganz Prag nicht mitkommen. Was aber nicht stimmt! In allen Geschäften und sonstigen Einrichtungen funktionierten die Klimaanlagen einwandfrei. Schade … das hat den Aufenthalt insbesondere das Schlafen bei einer Zimmertemperatur von 27,5 Grad sehr erschwert

Хороший отель, но наши ожидания были сильно преувеличены и мы ожидали что-то выдающееся.
Pros:

Красивый интерьер, качественные материалы, вежливый персонал. Прекрасная кровать в номере.
Очень приятное постельное белье, большие полотенца, нежные тапочки.

Cons:

Были некоторые мелочи, которые не критичны, но мы ожидали идеального отдыха, поэтому обратили на них внимание.

Нам было не комфортно, что наша машина осталась на парковке и наш ключ остался у персонала. Мы были несколько неготовы к этому и оставили многие необходимые и в том числе ценные вещи в машине. Было бы здорово знать об этом при бронировании.

К сожалению, наш отдых совпал с днем, когда ночью в отеле сработала тревожная сирена , что не позволило нам полноценно выспаться перед длительной дорогой.

В фитнес-клубе хотелось расслабиться в сауне, которая была довольно низкой температуры, около 40 градусов (возможно, так и задумано).

Кондиционер для волос в номере был очень жидким, появилось впечатление, что он разбавлен водой.

Cons:

Really poor 5 star hotel - really small roooms. Unhelpful stuff and they make you pay cash deposit. No terrace or space for anything
