اجمالا الفندق جميل ورائع وساعود للاقامة فيه بالتاكيد

فندق جميل واستثنائي وانصح بالسكن فيه

Cons:

تم طلبي دفع تامين في مكان الاقامة بقيمة 40€ عن كل ليلة
وعند طلبي الدفع كاش كي استعيد المبلغ عند الخروج رفعو المبلغ الى 100€ في الليلة وهو مالم يعجبني واضطررت الى الدفع عبر الشبكة

A good option for staying in the center of the city

A nice hotel in the center of the city with very good breakfast

Cons:

It was a bit noisy: the doors are being slammed hard and you can hear the guests from the other rooms…
The bath was not clean enough, found 4 hairs on the towels…

Comfortable stay in the city centre but service could be improved
Pros:

The bed was very comfortable and the room quiet. The hotel porter was very friendly and helpful. Wifi worked well and breakfast was generous and overall had a great selection.

Cons:

Despite the good amenities, I would say that the service represents more of a 4 -star than 5-star hotel. Firstly, our room was not cleaned on one of the days, despite us being gone almost all day. The bed was not made or towels exchanged. Secondly, make sure to be at breakfast in good time before it ends: we saw several people being turned away as they arrived a couple minutes before the breakfast was set to finish. The staff also starts to clear things around the tables at exactly the time the breakfast ends, causing a lot of noise and the environment resembled a factory. Thirdly, some of the staff is a bit rude and clearly do not know how to speak to guests in a polite way. For example, when asked for more beans at breakfast, one waitress' answer was a simple "no" with rolling eyes. Fortunately, a slightly more senior-looking member of staff saw this, apologized and brought more beans.

When we were checking out, we were offered a small discount on some laundry services or a free coffee due to the fact that our room was not cleaned the previous day. This, for a 5 star hotel, is not adequate enough in my opinion and they should be able to do better.

Pros:

Raňajky boli bohaté, pestré, mne ako alergikovi na všetky druhy orechov a jahody mimoriadne vyhovovali ich koláče a zákusky. Chuťovo tiež TOP. Konečne som si mohla dať aj ja. Posteľ je mimoriadne pohodlná, nehovoriac o bezchybnej čistote. Jeden z minima hotelov, kde je dokonalé zatemnenie na noc. Totálny blackoutový záves. Perfektne dlhý a široký. Veľmi profesionálny valet parking a aj ostatní zamestnanci. Príjemné ambientné osvetlenie.

Cons:

Nebolo nič, čo by sa nám nepáčilo.

Perfect, the reception girl who checked us out and the waiter that knows Hebrew was very good
Pros:

Pre arrival I asked for some bedding preferences, I’ve got more than I expected, the king size bed was super comfy and I really slept like king the room is ultra well innovated and the waiter who what in Thursday knew little bit Hebrew and his service was beyond any expectation the food of the breakfast was also delicious.
