Luxurious stay in Prague
Pros:

Very conveniently located in the center of the city, staff extremely kind and professional, beautiful room and special breakfast, with a rich buffet and dishes and hot drinks a la carte. Love it.

מלון בעיצוב מודרני עם חדרים גדולים, נקי וממוקם ליד כיכר ואצלב. הצוות, בייחוד שלי, היו מאוד נחמדים ושירותיים. ארוחת בוקר מפנקת ומגוונת.

Cons:

בקומה 8 המזגן לא מספיק מקרר והיה חם מאוד בחדר. העבירו אותנו לקומה נמוכה יותר ואז המזגן קירר.

Excellent stay but difficult to justify the price
Pros:

Location is excellent and the room was generous in size and the hotel felt very new and modern, although the decor (too much white) could have been better. Breakfast was absolutely excellent, and the service was great throughout the stay.

Cons:

The walls were paper-thin, I could even hear text message notifications from the next room, and the door design needs improving as they were loudly slamming, which disturbed my sleep. Despite it being a great stay overall, I found it quite difficult to justify the room rate.

A comfortable and convenient place to stay in the centre of Prague.
Pros:

Beautiful, spacious rooms. Excellent shower with strong water flow. Location is convenient to explore the historic centre of Prague by foot. There is easy access to the metro. I would happily stay again in this hotel if I was to return to Prague.

Cons:

There was a problem with the air-conditioning and the rooms were very warm. The only way to reduce the temperature was by switching the air-con off and keep the window open. Thankfully the room was on the upper floor, facing a courtyard so it was quiet and safe to do this. To the staff’s credit, they offered me free breakfast as a compensation for the inconvenience.
Another small issue is the coffee provided in the room was not to my taste.

نزلت وطلبت مدير الفندق غير لي الغرفة قال هذي ابرد غرفة بالفندق ما كانه سوا شي للأسف !!
المكيف ما ينزل عن درجة حرارة 25 واذا فتحت الدريشة الاطلالة على محل يبيع حشيش وكلهم تحت الغرفة وازعاج ما تقدر تنام ( على فكرة اقامتي كانت في مايو يعني ربيع كيف لو جيت بالصيف ساونا ) وفي شي بعد وانتم بكرامة ريحة مجاري في الاستقبال
