החדר מרווח ונקי מאוד.הצוות היה מדהים.המיקום מעולה.

הזמתי חדר שהיה אמור להיות אטום מרעש ככה נכתב בהזמנה.
קיבלנו חדר שכביכול יש בו דלת מקשרת נעולה.טריקת דלתות ושיח של זוג מהחדר ליד זה מבאס.

موقع الفندق ممتاز في براغ 1 وقريب من المدينة القديمة وأبرز المعالم السياحية يوجد مقهى مختص رائع في أسفل الفندق، بالإضافة إلى العديد من المطاعم والمتاجر والبقالات على مسافة قصيرة سيراً على الأقدام طاقم العمل ودود ومتعاون وسريع في تقديم المساعدة الغرف مريحة ونظيفة، وكانت الإقامة ممتعة وسهلة بفضل الموقع المميز وقرب جميع الخدمات.

Cons:

تم حجز مبلغ ضمان بقيمة 80 يورو من البطاقة، وبعد المغادرة تواصلت مع الفندق أكثر من مرة لطلب فك الحجز، لكن لم يتم التجاوب بالشكل المطلوب كما أفاد البنك بأن المبلغ لا يزال محجوزاً لأن الفندق لم يقم بإلغاء الحجز حتى الآن لذلك أنصح بعدم قبول حجز أي مبلغ من البطاقة في هذا الفندق إلا بعد التأكد من آلية ومدة فك الحجز بشكل واضح.

Pros:

The staff went above and beyond. The cleaners (especially whoever cleaned room 816 on Monday 15th) were amazing and their attention to detail were brilliant. Austin the concierge couldn’t do enough, the check in staff were so helpful, location was amazing, hotel was beautiful

Perfect location, good breakfast, nice design.

Cons:

There is no soundproofing between the rooms, so it was very noisy and I could clearly hear conversations and other sounds from neighboring rooms and corridor.

Tolles Hotel – erstklassige Lage, fantastisches Personal, hervorragendes Frühstück.
Pros:

Lage: Die Lage des Hotels ist absolut ideal für Sightseeing in Prag. Wir konnten die Stadt von dort aus perfekt erkunden.

Frühstück: Das Frühstück hat uns begeistert. Es bietet eine hervorragende Kombination aus einem reichhaltigen Buffet und frisch zubereiteten À-la-carte-Gerichten.

Zimmer: Unser Zimmer war ein absolutes Highlight. Wir bekamen beim Check-in ein Upgrade in ein wunderschönes, großzügiges Zimmer über den Dächern von Prag. Es war perfekt aufgeteilt mit einem getrennten Wohn- und Schlafbereich, zwei Badezimmern und zwei kleinen Balkonen.

Besonders hervorheben möchten wir auch den außergewöhnlich aufmerksamen Service. Schon bei der Ankunft wurde unser Auto sofort entladen und für uns geparkt. Man spürt an jedem Detail, dass das Wohl der Gäste hier an erster Stelle steht. Wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt.

Cons:

Ein kleiner Minuspunkt war für uns der Kaffee, der leider nicht ganz unseren Geschmack getroffen hat. Zudem sind die Parkgebühren mit 44,– € pro Tag recht hoch angesetzt.
