It was okay
Pros:

Clean and spacious

Cons:

Beds too firm maybe because they don’t have box spring. Wall shampoo pumps would be nice and shower wand. Option to check out on my phone would have been busy so I don’t need to stand in a lineup to check out with only one front desk person working. Paid parking for the area seemed pretty high. Considering it’s not downtown Vancouver

Beside lamp wasn't working, price was jacked up due to FIFA World Cup (I wasn't attending).

ところどころに古さは少し感じますが清潔で室内も綺麗で非常に良かったです。

Cons:

Business Centerでプリントしようとしたが、白黒のみでしかできなかった。カラーで印刷できるようにしてほしい。

Pleasant Stay
Pros:

Room is spacious and bed comfortable. Close to public transport. Walkable distance to restaurants and Korean Town.

Good potential but didn’t deliver on the promise!
Pros:

Clean modern looking lobby, good size rooms, comfy bed.

Cons:

No amenities nearby, needed to request a disabled room to get decent height toilet and bars in the bath! Limited choices on breakfast and dinner menus. TV was almost impossible to operate. Wifi was intermittent and kept dropping out. No snack shop or gift shop available. Breakfast was way overpriced. Most staff were helpful and kind, but some were overly curt almost to the point of being rude. This includes the General Manager when asking about an issue I had.

The gym room not uo to cleanliness and seems no routine maintenance. Some facilities not working and basic hygiene should well take care of.
