Great option for at the airport
Pros:

I arrived very late, so I appreciated the 24 hour reception. The staff were very friendly, and the room was very comfortable and surprisingly large for a standard room.

Cons:

I only have one slight niggle about the room - the air conditioning was quite loud, to the point where I could hear it through my earplugs. It didn't stop me from sleeping, thankfully, but it might be an issue for guests who are very sound-sensitive. Perhaps there was a night mode that might have made it quieter, but having arrived so late I didn't check.

Location is fantastic for an early flight from terminal 2.

Cons:

Not the best experience with reception staff on this occasion unfortunately. There was a misunderstanding on checking in to the 3 rooms we had booked where only 1 should have been charged for parking also but 2 couples paid. Should have been easy to sort but we were made to feel like we were lying and questioned as such. It was sorted upon us providing proof. I would choose not to stay there again following the interaction.

A wonderful stay and so close to the airport.
Pros:

I loved that the hotel was so close to the airport and was easily accessible using a lift and walkways in a bridge to and from the airport. This meant I could easily access shops/food at the airport.

Excellent airport hotel with covered Accra
Pros:

We had a lounge access room which was great for our next day early flight, was super quiet so we slept well. Lounge was much better than last time with excellent service. Last time we had to knock on the door for drinks.

Cons:

More substantial food in the lounge. The Crisps and cookies available are not up to the standard of other hotels with lounge access.
