Clean facilities and comfy beds, excellent service,
Dear prices at the bar
Everyone was so friendly and thoughtful
I found the room a little too hot even with air-conditioning on all night, which was a bit loud.
We have stayed before and hadn't realised that it was no longer a Radisson hotel. However, this appears to have had a beneficial effect, as the staff engagement has improved noticeably. We had a great room/bathroom, the breakfast was excellent and the gardens were magnificent, especially in the sunshine. All-in-all, our first choice hotel in Dublin.
The bedroom climate control pad was a little inaccessible.
Beautiful gardens, lovely food, great service from staff.
Our room was old and in need of repair. Bathroom was stained and dirty and floor tiles loose. Walls in corridors are scuffed and dirty.
If you don't like this place there is something wrong with you everything perfect and great restaurant
Leaving
good size rooms, lovely grounds, nice restaurant served a fantastic breakfast, helpful and friendly staff
I have stayed here many times
Room was not nice. Lower floor, very dated, not overly clean or bright.
The room and bed were very comfortable and the AC was very welcome with the current heatwave. The well stocked tea and coffee station in the room, and the complimentary bar of chocolate, were nice touches. The bathroom products from an Irish brand, 'Ground', were exceptional. I arrived late and left early the next morning so for me, my entire experience hinged on the room.
No suggestions for improvements. I didn't dine so can't comment on food or drink.
The gardens - missing a pool and spa
Issues with breakfast being delivered via room service and main living area needs updating
Quiet, peaceful, perfect
All was perfect

I loved the person service and the beautiful decor.
Beautiful 18th-century Georgian mansion, retaining its historic character.
