Everyone was so friendly and thoughtful

Cons:

I found the room a little too hot even with air-conditioning on all night, which was a bit loud.

Pros:

We have stayed before and hadn't realised that it was no longer a Radisson hotel. However, this appears to have had a beneficial effect, as the staff engagement has improved noticeably. We had a great room/bathroom, the breakfast was excellent and the gardens were magnificent, especially in the sunshine. All-in-all, our first choice hotel in Dublin.

Cons:

The bedroom climate control pad was a little inaccessible.

Not a 5 star !
Pros:

Beautiful gardens, lovely food, great service from staff.

Cons:

Our room was old and in need of repair. Bathroom was stained and dirty and floor tiles loose. Walls in corridors are scuffed and dirty.

Pros:

Cons:

Comfortable, spotless room, with nice extra touches.
Pros:

The room and bed were very comfortable and the AC was very welcome with the current heatwave. The well stocked tea and coffee station in the room, and the complimentary bar of chocolate, were nice touches. The bathroom products from an Irish brand, 'Ground', were exceptional. I arrived late and left early the next morning so for me, my entire experience hinged on the room.

Cons:

No suggestions for improvements. I didn't dine so can't comment on food or drink.
