Know it well
Food was excellent lovely grounds
Distance from rooms to reception
Rooms are very spacious, beds are comfortable and certainly the largest we’ve found in Irish hotels, the grounds are beautiful, and the staff are very helpful. The orangerie bar is gorgeous and it serves delicious food.
The italian restaurant is not at all on par both in terms of food and ambiance. Next time, we’ll only use the orangerie bar.
The building was fantastic. The gardens were great
The service was a bit slow. Toilets were dated
Fridge wasn’t working
Location
Very beautiful hotel
Nothing
Beautiful grounds. Nice lounge area. People helpful.
Bathrooms awful. Bathtubs downright dangerous and uncomfortable. Need update.
Drinks at bar were not as good as the other places we went on our tour of Ireland.
Just lovely, great reception when checking in.Wonderful room with plenty of space and all the amenities you want. Caoimhe in the bar was excellent and engaging. Lovely breakfast aswell with very obliging staff.
Fantastic location, with parking out front and welcoming staff.
Check in was slow. Computer problems and unsure if staff knew how to rectify. Pre paid and rate was quoted differently on hotel record.
