Amazing location
Pros:

The location is perfect. We did enjoy our room a lot - the view was great, it was quite spacious. The hotel also offers great coffee in the lobby. That was a nice surprise.

Cons:

It is a shame that the coffee is not available before 6 am - for people who check out early.

Did not meet my expectations overall but I am happy to support a Korean hotel.
Pros:

I liked that this is a hotel by the Korean brand Lotte and the staff was overall friendly. Front desk reception was pretty aloof the entire time. No one really greeted or smiled, but people who delivered room service were kind!

Cons:

The rooms were smaller and more dated than I liked, especially for what I paid. I hated the view of Trump tower and the one window did not provide a lot of natural light.

Clean rooms and overall decent but the property needs to invest in its staffing.

Clean rooms, nice design throughout the property

Cons:

Unfortunately the breakfast service was slow to the point of absurdity. Severe staff shortages drew our simple breakfast to just under two hours. We skipped it the second day so we could make our flight on time.
