飯店位置好，距離各景點都很近，離芝加哥馬拉松起終點都走路就可以順利到達。離芝加哥河畔近，散步或跑步都很適合，沿路還可以到密西根湖畔，風景優美！另外服務人員態度非常親切，一樓大廳的咖啡真的好喝，是旅行者的福氣。真心推薦來芝加哥時可以優先考慮的

Awesome view of the River Walk.
Pros:

Staff were accommodating and professional. Location was exceptional. The view was amazing. The window seats were the best part. The restaurant was great. The valet did not damage my car like they did in Milwaukee!!

Muy buen hotel, cómodo y limpio en ubicación privilegiada
Pros:

La ubicación, las vistas y comfort de la habitación y los amenities son buenísimos. Tienes café para llevar o tomar allí y agua gratis en la planta baja. Está al lado del río y un paseo de varias atracciones y del lago.

Cons:

El desayuno es a la carta y tienes un presupuesto diario que te cubre pero no me lo explicaron al llegar y tuve alguna sorpresa con la cuenta. Es todo muy bueno pero algo caro, aunque dentro del rango de precio de Chicago.

Lovely room in a superb location
Pros:

The hotel was in a superb location in downtown Chicago, walking distance from all that we wanted to do. We had an eighth floor room with a window seat which was lovely for sitting in and watching the world go by. The bed was large and extremely comfortable.

Cons:

The only minor negative comment I have is that there was no plain black tea available.

The mattress wasn’t comfortable and also booking. Com told me the breakfast included but when I went there they said just everyday u will get $50 credit for breakfast and by the end they asked to pay $21 for tips for restaurant which is I paid tip already and I mentioned and they told no have to pay here. Some of the staff were nice and some of them were not. And u can hear everything from outside like train, cars,ambulance, police ,….
