Happy to visit always
Pros:

We had an issue during check-in at the beginning, which was frustrating at first. However, after speaking with Maura, she solved the problem immediately and handled everything professionally and efficiently.

What impressed me most was how quickly the hotel responded and how much they genuinely cared about making things right. It really shows the strength of their customer service and commitment to their guests.

Because of that experience, I would highly recommend this hotel and would gladly stay here again.

Melhor ponto de Chicago!
Pros:

Localização perfeita. Hotel charmoso, quarto muito confortável e espaçoso. Adorei a máquina de café to go.

Cons:

Cortina no chuveiro. Um dos elevadores estava quebrado. Os funcionários são excelentes, exceto por uma moça da recepção que dificultava tudo pra nós.

Great service
Pros:

Cool hotel, great atmosphere, and very big rooms. Julius the bellman gave us an especially warm welcome — friendly, professional, and genuinely helpful from the moment we arrived. He made us feel at home right away and added a personal touch to the whole experience. Excellent service all around!

Do tamanho do quarto e banheiro.

Cons:

Elevador. Só tinha um funcionando e mesmo assim teve um dia a noite que subi 8 andares de escada pois os dois elevadores não estavam funcionando.

Great value for a business trip
Pros:

I travel to Chicago once a month for a business trip, but this is was my first time staying here. It’s a great value for me. Everything is clean, modern and stylish. It’s comfortable and I love the robes.

Megan at the front desk was excellent and got me the late checkout that I needed no issue at all.

I’ll be back

Hotel felt very boutique and had lot’s of free bees!
Pros:

I loved the fact that I got a face mask, free espresso coffee in the room. A great free cappuccino machine in the lobby and all the great beauty products in the room. The bed was comfy and the staff very nice! The hotel felt very boutique and very European.

Pros:

Location was excellent for all the walking around the loop! This was the best part of staying here. And filtered water from the faucet was nice to have.

Cons:

I suppose if we paid $$extra we could get a room with a decent view, but for the basic rate you get a room with a brick wall view of another building right up close.

Busy nra weekend, great stay
Pros:

Had a great stay during NRA. Staff and service were top notch. Antonio "the goat" was super helpful, kept the lobby running smooth and secure, thought he was the GM! Front desk staff did amazing, especially Caroline who handled a rude guest, calm and professionally. Beatriz in housekeeping made a cool towel animal and kept the room clean. Just a great hotel overall. 100% would recommend and stay again.
