We love this property and have stayed in various room categories,over the years. Lovely,views from the bar and dining, love the hot tubs in the gardens and a quiet destination within walking distance of the centre

Felt cold at times though. Especially in the corridors between floors and we would have liked to have experienced the fire in the lobby. Would have added atmosphere and warmth of course.

A beautiful relaxing time
Pros:

Have previously lived in Queenstown but never stayed at the St Moritz - worked at the heritage on Fernhill so it gave me similar vibes, the staff were friendly and customer service, especially housekeeping staff was great I would recommend St Moritz Queenstown to take good care of the staff that do their best to provide the service that’s needed in a high end hotel, I wish the Heritage did that for me instead of disrespecting me and other staff, treat your workers well

Super clean, comfortable and convenient.
Pros:

Excellent central location yet quietly tucked away (5 min walk to Ferg Burger and Ferg Bakery etc.) and you get awesome views as soon as you walk 5-10m from the hotel lobby. The room was very clean and spacious, plus the hotel staff were all super friendly and accomodating to any requests including a later check out time.

Cons:

Nothing - loved staying here.
