Super clean, comfortable and convenient.
Pros:

Excellent central location yet quietly tucked away (5 min walk to Ferg Burger and Ferg Bakery etc.) and you get awesome views as soon as you walk 5-10m from the hotel lobby. The room was very clean and spacious, plus the hotel staff were all super friendly and accomodating to any requests including a later check out time.

Cons:

Nothing - loved staying here.

Beautifully appointed rooms with terrific view, great staff and good food.
Pros:

The room was large with a wonderful view. I changed rooms because my first room did not have a view of the mountains. Changing was no problem. The staff was remarkable and so helpful. Food was excellent

Beautiful hotel by short steep hill approach Well worth if no problem for you
Pros:

Absolutely lovely hotel - but it does have a short steep hill approach.
Room beautiful large and very comfortable with small garden area.
Within walking distance of centre of Queenstown. This was a favourite place of ours in South New Zealand
