Room was so filthy we could not stay we checked out and they did not refund all of our money Roman vanities were not there no ice maker no mini fridge no breakfast Wi-Fi did not work and no microwave pillow cases were stained to bed with stained the room smelled so bad we could not stand it we had to wash our clothes after being in there for 5 minutes cuz the smell was in the clothes so bad
The rooms had bugs, damaged to the walls and doors. Didn't look like the rooms were even cleaned.

Dirtiest place we have been in for many years. Beat up furniture with odd placement. Curtains missing curtain hooks. Drunk yelling at 2:30am outside our window.
I originally booked the room for 3 nights. We don't have high expectations other than a clean and functional space to sleep and shower. We arrived and the light switch when we walked in the room did not work. There were stains on both comforters. One of them looked to be blood. I found a very long dark hair in my bed when I pulled the sheets back. The lone garbage can in the room was way under the vanity in the bathroom. When we pulled it out to throw something away it was full of water as the sink drain poured out when you used the sink. The garbage bag was hung in the closet and had bugs on it. The toilet seat was not bolted on and moved when you sat on it. The shower curtain was white, but dark gray/brown at the bottom as it was so dirty. The shower curtain was one of those rounded ones to give you more room I the shower but it was not secured properly. So it actually curved down and the shower curtain kept falling towards the middle so water was pouring out all over the floor and the floor in the bathroom was basically a pond by the time you got out of the shower. The bolt on the door was also just dangling off the wall and usable. There were also other guest yelling in the hallway. I cancelled the 2nd and 3rd night staying at this location and lost money just to not stay there. It was the worst hotel experience I have had

Everything..... the hotel should be condemned...I stayed in room 107 and here's just some of the things wrong with this place..... The sheets and blankets had burn holes the room smelt like urine there was no door knob on the restroom...The room had mold in multiple places and smelt of pot smoke and food the room was disgusting i moved the nightstand to use a plug in for my charger and there was old taco bell packets and half of a moled taco....There were COCKRAOCHES everywhere...there was no Breakfast coffee pot hairdryer ice machine ect... but it's advertised to have all those listed amenities... there were no towels washcloths toilet paper. No tissues no trash can in restroom no handsoaps no shampoo.... when I asked for washcloths and towles I was informed there is a shortage and we needed to share the one towel given between 3 people and to wash with ours hands...there was no tv that worked and no other restrooms on site The workers were rude and barely spoke English... when I asked for receipts at check out the owner was very rude about my asking for a receipt said the other man was new and should have gave me one the day before.... this place is horrible I won't ever be staying at a DAYS INN BY WHYNDAM AGAIN.....

Leaky shower, broken down bed, unfinished walls and baseboards.

The room was dirty. There was no microwave or refrigerator. Seen some cockroaches. Bathtub was dirty.
The only saving grace was a Cracker Barrel next door
Room was dirty, the door lock fell off and the shower leaked. The hallway smelled of dirty feet and BO.
Room was dirty, very little selection for breakfast, a lot of fly in rooms. They real need some help to get this place back in shape. That do try to help,
Hotel very ran down, phone in room no cords so couldn’t call front desk for towels and washcloths. (Room didn’t have any) was only give one of each said that’s all they allowed.. covers had burn holes, mice sticky traps everywhere.. very horrible hotel

arrived at the time i said i would after my 10 hour drive.
Went to front desk and was asked if i have a reservation. i showed the employee my email confirmation and gave my name. He appeared to look it up then looked at me and said, “I’m sorry but all rooms have been booked, we dont have a room for you.”
Tired and out of patience, I used an explicative and walked out to check on my son and our two puppies we just picked up from the breeder.
Called my wife and gave her an update to which she replied, “no, they charged the card already” Mind you, it is midnight at this time. I walk back into the hotel and a manager of sorts was now at the desk and I began to ask for a refund when he said, “this guy is new and doesn’t know..I have a room for you” I said being new is not an excuse but whatever, just give me the key I just want to sleep for 4 hours. This is where it got weird. He charged me $20 for my two 7 lb puppies… $10ea. they are asleep in a small crate. I said, what?! They will not leave this crate.. again, whatever.
There is no key, he has to unlock the room for us as the magnet system doesn’t work?
Get in room, only one light (bathroom vanity) works. We sleep. Wake up sick. black mold everywhere that we couldn’t see in the dark. gross!
I still have not received my refund I never stayed at the hotel due to it being roaches holes in walls no shower curtains and lights not working I need my refund back
