Colazione molto ricca e davvero di qualità: letti comodi e biancheria accettabile; camera ben insonorizzata; 5 minuti a piedi da tramvia T1 e 10 minuti a piedi da Presqu'île

Un 4 stelle con: -- una antigienica moquettes in camera -- aspiratore del bagno rotto (eravamo in tre e l'aspiratore sarebbe stato fondamentale direi, l'abbiamo fatto notare 2 giorni di seguito e ci è stato risposto che l'avrebbero sistemato o ci avrebbero cambiato camera, il 3. ed ultimo giorno abbiamo soprasseduto) -- in doccia c'era un sapone per le mani (poi sostituito con uno corpo/capelli) e abbiamo dovuto chiedere le cuffie -- armadio con 4 grucce e con 1 anta bloccata (chiesto di provvedere e risolto ma un minimo di attenzione nelle camere multiple magari)

Reasonable location
Pros:

The rooms are a decent size. The hotel is a little dated & run down. The pool & shower area are very dirty. I had to clean the shower floor before taking a shower. The towel was very brown. It looked like that floor has not been washed in a year. The shower was missing shampoo on the broken holder. So I had to go and take it from the handicap bathroom. The soap dispenser was broken off of the wall by the sink. The pool had dead bugs all around the wall. The water temperature was about 83°. The elevator was filthy. The breakfast was average. The cook did not know how to make omlets. She didn't cook the vegetables before putting in the eggs on the grill, so they were raw. They didn't clean the room, so I had to call for service. The location is 26 minutes from the Old Town. The staff was very nice. All in all the hotel was very disspointing for what they charge.

Le rapport qualité prix : on ne dirait jamais 1 hotel 4 étoiles...le matériel est de mauvaise qualité.bcp de choses degulinguées. Pas de machine expresso dans la chambre. Mini bar vide.on a payé 400€!

Wir baten um eine Zimmer weit oben und ruhig, statt dessen lag das Zimmer ganz unten dirrkt am Eingang, wo sich stets Personen, teils rauchend, teil alkoholisiert, laut unterhielten, die Busse mit laufenden Motoren warteten
