Location was very good
People at the front desk were very polite and helpful
My stay was very pleasant I can’t complain about anything
It provides good access to the old town, about 10 minutes walk. The staff were friendly and helpful. The rooms were slightly dated, although the bathrooms appeared to have been recently refurbished.
The beds were comfortable and there is air-conditioning. The breakfast was a comprehensive, continental buffet with plenty of choice.
There is secure carpeting, with easy access to the hotel.

With the exception of one staff member everyone was extremely helpful and assisting with everything we needed. Isabelle and Jennifer were the true stars, especially when I personally needed help after an unfortunate incident .A very pleasant stay and a great city to visit.
The room was lovely, very clean and tidy and the staff were friendly.
The hotel seemed poorly staffed. The receptionist was also the "bar" and the restaurant wasn't open. It would have been nice to have been able to purchase drinks from an actual bar area and not having to pester the receptionist.

A lovely hotel, the rooms were comfy and spacious. The staff were extremely helpful and kind. The pool area was secluded and well kept. Very much enjoyed our stay. The hotel is only a five minute walk from everything you could need.
