Gute Lage, gleich bei Altstadt gelegen, freundliches Personal, großer Parkplatz vorm Hotel.. wenn man später kommt, ist er gratis. Man kann auch Parkplatz vom Hotel buchen

Heerlijk verblijf en lekker dicht bij het centrum
Pros:

Zeer vriendelijk personeel, private parking en de kamer was heerlijk koel.

Cons:

Het hotel is wat gedateerd. Alles werkte naar behoren maar een opfrisbeurt zou geen kwaad kunnen.

Great location, staff shud know what Is happening outside the hotel and advise accoringly

Cons:

We were advised we could park in the car park opposite, as we were.not advised we had to book the on site car park. We were advised there was no problem leaving the car overnight as parking was free. Our car was subsequently towed away as there was a boot fair in this car park the following morning. The hotel should hv known this and told us to move the car. Cost us 145 Euros to retrieve the car.

Pros:

Great location. Reception staff very helpful with all types of queries.
Nice outside seating area, large swimming pool. Bar services available at reception.
Room and bathroom very spacious, air conditioning in room and all over hotel facilities.

Cons:

Need to be wary of surroundings at late hours outside the hotel (back towards train station).

A nice friendly hotel , well situated, animal friendly with parking and a outside pool

This is a nice hotel on a broad street in Bergerac. It was a little quirky which enhanced its character. A nice pool with shaded areas with private parking.

Cons:

The lift is a bit jerky and could maybe do with an upgrade.
