Disappointing to what otherwise would have been very good
Pros:

Great staff

Cons:

We had to move hotels as the rooftop terrace was closed due to construction works. Our room was directly below these building works which made it impossible to stay there so we moved, with their assistance, after 2 nights

Excellent service and an unbeatable location, but terrace communication issue needs to be solved.
Pros:

The staff and service were exceptional, making us feel very welcome. The breakfast was really good, and the location is ideal for sightseeing - just minutes away from Hagia Sophia, the Cistern, and Topkapi.

Cons:

The description on Booking.com lists the terrace as a highlight and while googleing/gemining it you can expect that the views to the Bosphorus are one of the best in the area. Which was one of the major feature for us to book it.
Unfortunately, it is under reconstruction. To avoid confusing future guests, the hotel needs to update its description or proactively offer a discount until the work is finished.

Pros:

The location is perfect: close do Sultanahmed square and the major landmarks in the Old city. The hotel room was clean and comfortable just like the pictures. The breakfast was tasty. The staff was friendly and very helpful. A very good value for the money spent.

L'emplacement est idéal, très proche de tous les lieux touristiques dans le vieux Istanbul. L'hôtel est propre même s'il nécessite d'un peu plus d'entretien ( douche qui fuie, faïence cassée), le petit déjeuner est bon. Dommage que la terrasse sur le rooftop était en travaux, nous n'avons pas pu admirer la mer de Marmara au petit déjeuner comme annoncé sur le site. Le personnel est très aimable et fort accueillant. Une adresse que nous recommandons, très bon rapport qualité/prix!

Piacevole esperienza
Pros:

Abbiamo soggiornato in questo hotel e nel complesso l’esperienza è stata positiva, soprattutto grazie alla posizione davvero impeccabile e alla grande gentilezza del personale, sempre disponibile e cortese.

Ci sono però alcuni aspetti che potrebbero essere migliorati. In particolare, consiglierei una maggiore attenzione alla pulizia delle camere: abbiamo trovato diversi capelli tra le coperte, dettaglio che sicuramente può essere evitato con un controllo più accurato. Inoltre, con l’arrivo del caldo sarebbe opportuno mettere a disposizione anche coperte più leggere per rendere il soggiorno più confortevole.

Anche la colazione, a nostro avviso, è da migliorare perché la scelta era davvero piuttosto limitata.

Per il resto, soggiorno piacevole e staff davvero molto gentile.

Cute, well-run hotel with a great location in Sultanahmet.
Pros:

The hotel was in a cute, very convenient location close to all the major sights in Sultanahmet. Breakfast was very good, with lots of tasty Turkish options. The owner was friendly and quite helpful. When we had to change our dates, he was quite accommodating and even let us eat breakfast at the hotel on the day we arrived on a 6am flight. The decorating was quite nice. We had a great stay and would return.

Cons:

We were sad that the rooftop terrace was undergoing renovation while we were there, although it ended up being too chilly to eat outside on the days we were there to anyway.

Repülő átfoglalás miatt egy nappal korábban mentünk és biztosítottak számunkra szobát. Autentikus török reggeli. Napi takarítás. Kedves személyzet.
Jó elhelyezkedés a főbb látványosságokhoz, jó közlekedés.

Emplacement idéal, propre et confortable
Pros:

L'amabilité et serviabilité du personnel très appréciable
La situation de l'hôtel , proche de tous les sites à visiter et en même temps très calme.

L'emplacement et le personnel très agréable

Cons:

On avait choisi cet hôtel pour son rooftop....mais il était en travaux et on n'a pas été prévenu. Si on voulait rester à l'hôtel pour se reposer on subissait le bruit des travaux et il y a eu des alarmes brèves mais stridentes plusieurs nuits.

Make sure construction is completed
Pros:

Location and staff .. Jan in particular ... who helped relocate us to an alternative hotel.

Cons:

Refurb and construction taking place without warning until sunset daily and no discount offered for the time spent in the hotel.
