The only positive thing about this stay was the king bed was comfortable

Cons:

the staff was away from the desk for 20 minutes when I check in, the pool is not clean at all, the lobby furniture is old and outdated, and the place smells like cigarettes (probably coming from the man getting drunk on the front porch). Staff was rude and didn’t know what linens were when I asked for extra?! Room smelled of mildew and smoke and the closet rack is missing and it’s just plaster over the wall. The carpet is stained in room and hallway, the mattress cover is ripped, the walls are patched, the toilet does not flush without multiple tries, there is blood and/or feces on the bathroom wall, the door knobs are janky. the pull out couch was covered in blood and/or feces that clearly was not properly cleaned!

Good Quality Hotel
Pros:

I like the staff they seem kind and professional. Usually they have fresh baked cookies and tea in the lobby.

Cons:

The fresh cookies go quickly and the lobby cold use additional free snacks at certain times.

Good Hotel with Fair Prices.
Pros:

The hotel is affordable. The staff are professional and caring. They give 100 percent.

Cons:

I don't like that the second and third floors are showing dating. The carpets, walls and the second third floor has a broken water/ice machine sitting on the hallway. It brings down the quality of the area and room costs. Room size is great and TVs are decent

It was okay for what I needed
Pros:

The breakfast was a bonus

Cons:

The beds were not very comfortable...There was almost no toilet paper on both rolls & only 3 tissues left in box. Tells me their housekeeping dept is NOT doing their job!

During the night I felt something on my hand and feet, with expected paranoia I started checking the bed and found 4 bed
