Vi havde en rigtig god oplevelse ved tagpoolen og poolbaren. Tagpoolen var fantastisk, og livredderen var meget sød, venlig og opmærksom.

En særlig ros skal gå til manageren ved poolområdet. Hun var utrolig sød, imødekommende og meget serviceminded. Hun tog sig tid til at snakke med hotellets gæster og sørgede for, at alle havde det godt. Hendes venlige væremåde og høje serviceniveau gjorde en stor forskel for vores ophold. Hun yder virkelig en fremragende service og fortjener stor anerkendelse.

Receptionen fortjener også stor ros. Personalet var altid smilende, hjælpsomme og professionelle. De var klar til at hjælpe med alle spørgsmål og gjorde ind- og udtjekning nem og behagelig.

It was very enjoyable.
Pros:

The location of the Hotel is in a very nice place - a walking distance to the beach. Easy access to the centre with lots of shops and restaurants nearby on foot itself. Easy access for taxis to go to main city and Acropolis etc. Staff are absolutely very kind and cooperative.

Cons:

The Rooms are all fine but one hiccup is that I did not get the twin beds that I have booked for and though this was confirmed in one of the emails prior to the trip. The breakfast was very good. However, we need some more variety of fruits. The room service was very fine but the restaurants have very limited choices and so is the room service menu.

We were very disappointed with our stay at Emmantina Hotel. This was not the quality we expected from a 4-star hotel.

Our room faced a very busy six-lane main road, so there was heavy traffic noise day and night. There was also construction work nearby, and because our room had a connecting door, we could clearly hear the guests in the next room. It was almost impossible to relax or sleep well.

The pavement in front of the hotel is very narrow and walking there is uncomfortable because of the heavy traffic. These important facts were not mentioned before we made our booking. If we had known them, we would have chosen a different hotel.

After our stay, we sent a detailed complaint to the hotel, but we did not receive any meaningful reply. We have now asked Booking.com to help us with this matter.

We hope our review helps other travellers make an informed decision. Unfortunately, we cannot recommend this hotel.

Satisfying stay, Glyfada is nice and close and central to most places you may want to go.
Pros:

Hotel is clean, staff were always very accommodating and helpful with a great attitude and friendliness. We had the inclusive breakfast which was fine, and whenever ordering food in the pool bar it was always of good quality. Free safe available in the room, two elevators service the hotel rooms so no long waits. Shower and bathroom was clean, maintained daily by the staff. Balcony was fine, two patio doors completely soundproof any external noise. Bus stop directly outside to take you in either direction, a 5 day bus, train and tram pass can be bought locally for 8.40 Euros per person, so very cheap and well worth it. A2 bus outside will take you right into the heart of Athens in 30-35 minutes, very easy. Glyfada beach is a 5-10 minute walk away, lovely beach and water. Lots of places to eat and drink in Glyfada about 10 minutes up the road walking distance, lots of shopping available as well. Rooftop bar area is nice, lots of tables and chairs always available in the sun or under cover, towels available in the rooftop bar for the pool, pool was a little small but never busy at all and is nice as it's a little cooler than the daytime temperature. No problems with other hotel users, the general atmosphere is polite and drama free.

Cons:

Room was a little small for the three of us to be honest, I did enquire about an upgrade but all the rooms are of a similar size, we did fit without any problems but the clothes storage space available was only big enough for 1, maybe 2 people. Meaning we also had to live out of our suitcases a little bit as well. The balcony was ok, but we only had one balcony chair and a table for the three of us.

När centrum och strand. Härlig takterrass med musik, pool och bar.

Cons:

Ligger precis vid en väldigt trafikerad väg vilket gör att man inte kan sitta på balkongen. Dålig gångväg in till centrum.

The perfect combination of great hospitality, the ideal location along with a comfortable stay.

All staff were very very friendly and helpful. Nicely refurbished reception with comfortable seating areas. Rooms spacious, comfortable and clean. Fantastic location within a short walking distance to the beach and town centre. Excellent transport links.
