Guests booking 6 or more rooms over the Summer (17 April - 30 November) and Winter (3 January - 16 April) seasons will fall under a 14 day cancellation policy. Reservations may be canceled 14 days before arrival without penalty. If the reservation is canceled inside 14 days before arrival full payment is nonrefundable. A cancellation number will be issued at time of notification. No shows and early departures apply.

Guests booking 6 or more rooms over the Holiday (24 December - 2 January) season will fall under a 30 day cancellation policy.Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.
A deposit may be required at the property.

Bruyant mais bien placé
Pros:

L’hôtel est bien placé, mais je pense qu’il devait être complet, il y avait beaucoup de monde et cela a été bruyant. Malgré tout la réceptionniste a été sympathique et tout fait pour rendre le séjour agréable.

Pros:

The location was very convenient and the beds were extremely comfortable. The staff were also very helpful.

Cons:

We could hear the people in the room above us very clearly, especially at night time. Wouldn’t say the rooms were very sound proof. We also were disappointed that we had an additional charge to park our car as we thought this would be included in the booking as per the description.

Alles in allem gut!
Pros:

Tolle Lage. Sauber.

Cons:

Sehr hellhörig. Das Hotel ist sehr groß, weshalb es immer zu langen Wartezeiten an den Aufzügen kam. Die anderen Gäste waren leider nicht sehr Rücksichtig und dadurch war es sehr laut. Die Parkplätze sind extrem teuer mit 26$ pro Nacht!!! Leider gibt es hier auch keine Alternative.

Lage des Hotels ist gut in Whistler.

Cons:

Kein Frühstück. Hunde-Hotel. Zimmer relativ unsauber. Es kam sehr unhygienisch daher. Überall Teppich mit Flecken und Geruch im Zimmer.

Great hotel, would come back!
Pros:

Great location, modern hotel, comfortable bed.

The door of our first room were jammed and we couldnt lock them. Luckily, we managed to switch rooms relatively fast and got a room nearby, so it didnt take us long to move.

Cons:

The checkin lane at 4pm was quite long, perhaps it might be an idea to get an additional employee to support when the checkin opens.
