Guests booking 6 or more rooms over the Summer (17 April - 30 November) and Winter (3 January - 16 April) seasons will fall under a 14 day cancellation policy. Reservations may be canceled 14 days before arrival without penalty. If the reservation is canceled inside 14 days before arrival full payment is nonrefundable. A cancellation number will be issued at time of notification. No shows and early departures apply.

Guests booking 6 or more rooms over the Holiday (24 December - 2 January) season will fall under a 30 day cancellation policy.Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.

Great one night stay after a long hike
Pros:

Location, staff, super clean, great products. Grant at the front desk was wonderful!

The location of the room was perfect and very quiet. The newly renovated rooms look great

Cons:

Our safe wasn't working, we reported it and reception said they would get someone up to fix it. When we checked out 3 days later it still hadn't been repaired. We were not informed that the hot tub bubbles were not working.

Excellent location, rest was just ok.
Pros:

The location was excellent for walking to Whistler Village and restaurants.

Cons:

As is typical with high end ski villages, rather overpriced for what you get, room was ok. Small bathroom- shower floor was a little slippery. Chair n the room was unraveling. Bed was average. Paid extra for parking in underground garage (70 CAN for two nights).
Did not find staff particularly friendly. Pool was quite small.

Super Lage in Whistler!
Pros:

Wir hatten ein recht großes Zimmer. Die Lage ist super, da man alles im Village bequem zu Fuß erreichen kann. Wir konnten ruhig schlafen und es war bequem!

Attraktives Hotel mit guter Ausstattung
Pros:

Die Lage ist zum einen perfekt; quasi direkt an der Fußgängerzone, ohne mitten im Trubel zu sein. Zum anderen liegt sie sehr nah an der Schnellstraße, so dass Verkehrslärm (ab früh morgens) zu hören ist.
Wir hatten ein großes Zimmer im obersten Stock (West Flügel), dass auch ziemlich hoch war (1,5-stöckig) - das schafft ein exklusives Raumgefühl. Das Kingsize-Bett war bequem; genauso wie das große Sofa. Schön waren der Kühlschrank und die Kaffeemaschine mit Pads. Das Badezimmer hatte eine große Dusche und eine große Badewanne - sehr chic! Die Milchglaswand zum Schlafraum ist zwar weitgehend Blickdicht, aber wenn man nachts das Licht im Bad anmacht, ist das ganze Zimmer beleuchtet. Das hat uns aber nicht wesentlich gestört. Der Pool war relativ großzügig; wir haben ihn, genauso wie den Whirlpool nicht genutzt. Beide Anlagen wurden aber gut angenommen.
Durch die Nähe zur Fußgängerzone mit einem gut sortiertem Lebensmittelladen und Cafés ist auch für das Frühstück gut gesorgt.
Das Hotel ist sicher nicht als super modern zu bezeichnen, aber es ist sehr sauber und attraktiv ausgestattet (z.B. mit hängenden Sitzkörben in der Lobby). Das Personal ist sehr freundlich.

Cons:

Parken ist in Whistler allgemein eine Katastrophe. Das Aava hat zum Glück eine eigene Tiefgarage; diese muss aber gesondert bezahlt werden (ca. 15 Euro pro Tag).
Ohne den oben genannten Verkehrslärm bzw. die direkte Nähe zu der Schnellstraße wäre es nochmal schöner gewesen.

Perfekte Lage, Pool zum Abkühlen oder Whirlpool zum Aufwärmen, tolle große Zimmer

Cons:

Parken nur gegen Gebühr mit ca 25 Euro pro Nacht, es gibt leider kaum freie Dauerparkplätze in der Nähe

Poor having stayed at various properties in whistler this is not value and very poor quality
Pros:

Close a 10 min walk to the village

Cons:

Noisy no sound proofing, no breakfast. Not cleaned properly found a few cans of beer under sofa bed!!
Laundry room consisted of 1 washer for the whole hotel there was no way you could get your laundry done!

Really poor would not stay again
