Upon check-in photo identification and credit card is required. All special requests are subject to availability upon check-in. Special requests cannot be guaranteed and may incur additional charges.

Guests must be 25 years of age or older to reserve a room.

Guests booking 6 or more rooms over the Summer (17 April - 30 November) and Winter (3 January - 16 April) seasons will fall under a 14 day cancellation policy. Reservations may be canceled 14 days before arrival without penalty. If the reservation is canceled inside 14 days before arrival full payment is nonrefundable. A cancellation number will be issued at time of notification. No shows and early departures apply.

Guests booking 6 or more rooms over the Holiday (24 December - 2 January) season will fall under a 30 day cancellation policy.Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.

Cons:

Weird plastic sheets on the bed.
We spoke to reception as we thought they had forgotten to put sheets on and it was the mattress cover.
The staff found some cotton ones and apologized for not having the right size on hand.
We ended up taking them and making our own bed putting the sheet we were given over the head half of the bed.
Overall a weird thing to go wrong.

Pros:

Beautiful and spacious rooms, very kind and helpful staff. Excellent value for money for this time of the year and the central location is perfect for exploring the area. Highly recommended!

Definitely stay at Aava in Whistler.
Pros:

Check-in was quick and easy. The staff were very helpful and answered my questions regarding parking and dining and checking out. All staff we came across were friendly and welcoming.

The room was very clean, quiet and comfortable with plenty of space.

I would definitely stay here again if ever I return to Canada.

Cons:

There was nothing that bugged me about this hotel.

Pros:

Comfortable modern hotel just outside the main lower village for quiet stay, but easy walk to the ski lift. Rooms were comfortable and large.

Cons:

The hot tub wasn’t big enough for the size of the hotel and too crowded to use for most of our stay.

Comfortable and clean overnight at Whistler for a special birthday dinner.
Pros:

Easy check in, access to good restaurants.

Cons:

Not a fan of Kerig (sp?) or Nespresso coffees. Just want to make a pot of decent coffee in the morning, with real milk or cream, and stevia sweetener, and a pot of tea at night time. The Kerig and Nespresso waste (trash) is not a good look in an environmentally sensitive environment.

Schönes Hotel in Whisler, direkt in der Village North und Nähe des Olympia Plaza
Pros:

Freundlicher und schneller CheckIn und CheckOut ! Zimmer war ok, schöne Aussicht auf die Berge. Gute Lage, es liegt in der Village North und in 10 Minuten ist man am Olympia Plaza.
