Clean & modern. Excellent bath. Cool lighting concept. Room design was on point.
Chaotic London style “everyone stand in line at 3:00 pm” for check in. Check in kiosks seemed to confuse people.
Sentralt, rent og hyggelig personale. Fikk avslag i prisen siden de ikke kunne servere frokost.
Hotellet var under renovering så det var litt kaos. Veldig varmt på rommet.

The hotel is undergoing renovations which aren't advertised when booked, these renovations are from the reception so restaurant/bar closed
Struggled to find the entrance as signs being changed so didn't have name outside..
I booked hotel parking thinking it's outside but is more than a 5 min walk, there are 2 carparks and an ncp directly outside so confusing.
Only 1 key was given so electricity goes off when leave the room, this is fine but no air con and just 1 fan which wanted to leave on to keep room cool.
Location- close to the Robin Hood statue.

Very warm and insufferable, so hot it’s hard to sleep at night.
Kitchen is being refurbished, so no breakfast and dinner available, even the hotel provides 10% discount at The Roundhouse restaurant nearby, it turned out to be closed. Not a lot of dining options around.
The staff were ok the room was fab and clean
There was a lot of renovation work going on so no food drink facilities.We were told about this but not in enough time to change hotel as everywhere was fully booked within our budget.Also we were told by the reception staff we could get discount food and drink at a local pub but unfortunately this was not open, no reimbursement was offered.
We did not pay to have breakfast on booking but would have eaten and had a drink on the premises
They were having a renovation of the restaurant bar area so no breakfast or evening drinks which we like hopefully it will soon be back on song

Great location, ample parking and good value for money. Early check in was great.
The hotel is being refurbished ao was like a building site. No restaurant or bar due to refit, lots of dirt and dust. Rooms were so hot and although there was a fan the fans are noisy.

The location is excellent, just a short walk from Nottingham city centre and ideal for both business and leisure. The hotel was clean, the bed was very comfortable, and the reception staff were friendly, apologetic and quick to resolve any issues, including arranging a refund for services that were no longer available. Despite the ongoing changes, I would still consider staying here again because the location is hard to beat.
The hotel is currently in the middle of changing ownership and undergoing renovations, so some advertised facilities were no longer available despite being included when we booked, such as room amenities and extras we'd paid for. The breakfast was disappointing for the price, with slow service and limited value. The newly renovated room also felt a little clinical compared to previous visits, and the shower drainage wasn't working properly, causing water to build up during use.
